I've seen all of Clannad, Chuuni, and Hyouka now. In none of these series do the main couples ever kiss. They do the fake-out thing where they lean in and get interrupted, but never actually kiss.

Kimi ni Todoke is a special snowflake, they never even hold hands let alone kiss until much later in the manga than the anime got.
