You don't even need ASW gear for E-1 on Easy. Just bring Isuzu and whatever DDs or CLs you want. You can craft depth charges and sonar if you want fairly reliably with a 51 ammo/50 bauxite recipe, and just depth charges with a 30/31 recipe. Make sure your secretary is a DD or CL before trying to boost your percentages.
