NT11 is generally considered the worst NT volume yet. Even for Kamachi, it's too ridiculous and feels very artificial, like he is trying a bit too hard writing Misaki. Kamachi drove himselfinto a corner, so it's like he had to figure out a way to explain Misaki's connection with Touma and find a way to make it so he couldn't remember her.

Because of her power and because of IB, Touma literally forgets Misaki every time after she leaves. Touma can't retain memories about her because of some bullshit about her power being inherently active in her, so she's effectively erased from his memory. It's a kind of 'out of sight, out of mind' only Touma has no control over it.

She can read his mind as long as he's not touching his head but IB just dispels any memories he has of her because somehow memories of her are tied to her power.

Also she used to be flat chested but she grew big for Touma.

In Japanese bookstores, they separate LNs as male or female demographic. Only manga have shounen or seinen demographic. And going by manga adaptation's demographic of course wouldn't be accurate. DB carries all kinds of works in its label for LN. The best way to see which works caters more to is by reading it. Index is very much shounen and SnS is very much seinen.

There is a flaw here. A normal "friend" wouldn't go out of her way to involve herself in shit totally unrelated to her for a guy that isn't even on close terms with her. And the other friend wouldn't just accept those reckless actions without questioning first.

Touma sees how far she goes for him, but still doesn't bother to question her or even have an inner monologue about the reasons, motivations behind her actions, what he truly means for her, means that she really isn't scoring points with him.

Let's take this to another scenario with the same characters. In Railgun, Kongou goes out of her way to help Mikoto, and shit happens. However in the end they have a heart-to-heart talk and Kongou makes it clear to her that she did it because she was fond of her, and Mikoto acknowledges that effort as something special.
