I always got the impression that some human authority is involved with issuing bounties. Since Favaro got his shortly after escaping the Knights with Amira.

I think out of all the episodes 10 had the most QUALITY. 11 on the whole looked good, just some offmodel scenes with Kaisar and the fight with Favaro looked kind of 'eh', at least the animation hasn't suffered from it.
The episodes I want to see fixed from BDs the most would probably be 7 because offmodels, 10 and the parts I mentioned from 11.

I would maybe want some fixes to cgi-dragon in 9. Then again my real issues with cgi dragon are plot related. I wish they'd had an episode between 9 and 10 with Amira Kaisar and Favaro doing something before even more exposition in 10.

I must be one of the few people who weren't offended by the CGI dragon. Maybe I just grew accustomed to that CGI style from T&B.
There really should've been an episode in between 9 and 10, everything seemed to happen too fast. Plus more lovely time for FavaKaiAmira interaction, but alas the plot had to move along, and there were only 3 episodes left.

Another episode would have really helped. Kaisar really could have used some interaction with Amira. He has this huge crush on her but never really knows her at all.

It's funny because he meets her in front of the tavern but doesn't show any reaction. But when she's in her human outfit (which Favaro picked out) he's completely captivated. I guess the two just have the same good tastes.
Also I wonder if Kaisar went through that thing with Favaro where he realizes she's just a kid/extremely dangerous and doesn't want to tap that.

He heard the exposition in 10 but who knows if it really registered. Other than that first meeting they've barely exchanged words.

We can only assume Kaisar and Favaro had their bounties lifted through their accolade, but Amira is still viewed as captive fugitive. For a safety measures I imagine her bounty would've been kept in case she tried to run for it.

Kaisar isn't a planner he's a doer. He's really good at kicking ass but tricky shit and long term planning are weak points. That's why him and Favaro work best as a team, Favaro can think shit up an Kaisar back it up.

Not that Kaisar doesn't try to get better at it over the series with paying more attention to surroundings in 7 and distracting Azazel for Jeanne and trying to fake a fight in 9, but he's still working on it.

I see only pros of this situation, even if they had to go another route with their villains and make them more obvious and conflicted as opposed to rusemaster from S1.
- Hopefully a more matured Amira
- Less Kaisar pointlessly chasing Favaro, maybe sobe better development between those two.
- Hopefully a better villain than Blandyvalley.

Cerberus' role just tells me that too popular characters are hard to include since minding not angering the fanbase all the time is too restrictive. They had someone from Cygames overseeing their handling but he apparently looked away with everything involving Azazel.

Somehow, other than Michael, I don't think many of them picked up that lesson. There's also the fact that humans weren't really the part of the fight against Bahamut this time so gods weren't able to notice their involvement. I would think and hope that Gabriel is in a shitty position right now because she indirectly let her whole council die, and a bunch of other pantheon thanks to Bahamut releasing. From the angels conversing there seems to be some sort of system to deal with the consequences of their actions, but I'm not too sure and haven't watched those episodes in a long time.
