The new system will probably still be strong enough that this question won't need to be asked. It could just be that they only get one fairy each and no additional ones after mankai.
One fairy is enough to keep them pretty save as we have seen in the anime, yet it means their variety of attacks and general attack power will be more limited which will be balanced by more girls fighting together.
And if Sonoko can mankai 20 times in a row, other girls can do the same and if they're not losing anything from it they will be unstoppable killing machines as long as they have KONJOU.

I'd join, I can't say my moon is any good (it's very bad) but I did translate C3bu manga and 4koma and currently working on subbing Gyrozetter and the Geijutsuka PSP VN.

That said, unfortunately Vita games aren't hackable yet (even if it'd be possible the console itself isn't and there's no emulator). So this would be a standalone script at best.
