The story makes no hard claims on her sexuality. We can part off the base she likes Madoka romantically, that doesn't rule out the posibility she might be bisexual. Also as it tends to be the case in these stories, Homura might not even think of herself as a "lesbian" but more like she just really likes this particular girl for some reason, and has no preference for females as a whole.
