While it'd be easy enough to acted out with people without losing much of the feel, there's no way in hell that anyone can take all of the eps and crunch it into a movie without losing a lot of content. Idolmaster CG

Idols are now cheerleaders and characters look nothing like their idol counterpart. Producer is the trainer of the cheerleading team and the plot is that he has to gather and train girls to compete in a competition against the school in the neighboring town. The other town is well known and Producer's team is the underdog who will win in the end. Also some girl knows someone in the other team and it's so sad that they are against each other now but in the end it turns out they are still friends and it's so heartwarming.
