How do I go about acquiring a tomboy? I want one in 2D, preferably with short hair and a playful & genki personality. Bonus points if the tomboy fucks like a tiger.
So I've got this kitten with orange spots that attacks hands and feet when they get close. I noticed today that it's looking like its mother did a few weeks after she (the mother) was inseminated.
To get to the point: how would you feel about a pregnant tomboy?
>not posting the god tier tomboy from azumanga
This. Also, she had a nice personality to boot. Why anyone would like a retard like Tomo, who will stop at nothing (be it consciously or unconsciously) to annoy the absolute fuck out of everyone around her, is beyond me.
Huh... I like the way you think, anon. Even I could get on board with that, under the conditions that she starts with short hair, as well as duct tape over her mouth unless I need to use it or subsequently break her of the will to speak.
>Go to space.
>Become garbage man.
>Wait three years.
>Receive new hire
>Develop mutual feelings
>Be tsundere as fuck towards her
>Go out with her
>Push her away
>Propose to her
>Why anyone would like a retard like Tomo
>Not treating your tomboy like a princess
You know deep inside they just want to be cute and girly.
Certainly. It's also a side effect of the aims of the series. It wanted you to accept the characters as realistic and human, and this dictated every element of it. Most of the characters do fit an archetype, but unlike most characters they are not defined by it. For instance, Tanabe is a tomboy but you certainly don't think of her as 'the tomboy' when you think of the character. The archetypes they fit are a result of the characters, the characters are not the results of archetypes.
Well put, Ai copy
It's actually the little-known Argentinian-Japanese Spanish-language sequel collaboration, Planet ES. It never aired outside South America, and the BDs are incredibly rare. that anon has a very important piece of history there.
Yes, the sequel that is apparently a clip show of the most memorable shots from each episode. Not sure why else you'd have a scene of Tanabe's reaction from episode 26 in their episode 26.
>She was destined to lose the Yamatob owl from the start.
Check around the labors of your local mech police division, you can often find a tomboy on the exterior.
Such lewd things shouldn't be posted on /a/. This is a Christian imageboard.
They canned one of the guys who did the OP for Hyouge Mono for smoking a joint. It's like the 1960's never happened there.
It's a cop stopping another cop, even. What a strange place.
I concur. Only the dramatic shouting of another person's name is acceptable.
Does it really count as shipping when the writers, animators, directors, original mangaka, entire creative team, other characters and even sometimes the characters themselves all push it?
Once Hachi gets back
because he fucking willhe'll be a completed man, having accomplished a great deed while still having a long, happy life with Tanabe ahead of him. I think Jupiter was the correct choice, since Tanabe is probably the one person will be happy to wait for him. All this Planetes discussion lately is making me happy
Some people try and draw some direct parallels between Hachi and his father in the ending. While some are present, they tend to miss a very important one: his father was running from his family, Hachi is returning to it. He learned to understand him, but that doesn't mean he forgot what his father did to him and it certainly doesn't mean he would immediately turn around and do the same thing to the woman he loves and their child.
She's also a hell of a woman for waiting seven years, I don't think he really could ask anything more from her.
I'm loving it too. Were you here for the stream the other day?
Most characters are written backwards these days. Take one of the most iconic and popular tomboys of recent years, Chie Satonaka.
I like Chie and consider her very well written (in the games) and reasonably well fleshed out (once again, in the games). She is still visibly the result of somebody in Atlus deciding 'the player's party needs a tomboy'. She is a tomboy, she is defined by being a tomboy, everything she does is related to her being a tomboy. When you think of Chie, you most certainly think of 'the tomboy'.
This is not to detract from the character, this is just an observation of the process behind her.
Best tomboy. As long as you don't mind the MC being
NTR'd by her own brother and just becoming a side character.
>He just gave her space AIDS
>She gives Hachi space AIDS
>Hachi bleeds in something, entire Von Braun crew gets space AIDS
Good fucking going Ching Chong. Ruined it for everybody.
But seriously, that scene was great in a terrible and hard to watch way.
She is absolutely Ai Tanabe tier.
I'd much rather be the partner and close friend of one, along with some intense sexual tension and a helping of JUST FUCK ALREADY.
I've got one in real life, is pretty rad. Only issue is idiots who assume I'm pretending not to be gay.
She can plan the marriage out all she wants though, she knows she isn't getting it.
>Not marrying your tomboy
You're a shit husbando.
Err...sounds like someone's about to be dumped.
Tomboys are never good in the long term. She's in her masculine because you're too far into your feminine (read: you're acting like a fucking beta). This will eventually lead to a bad end. Always. Most guys are just too stupid to see it until the breakup hits them like a truck.
Want to fix that shit? Search youtube for Corey Wayne. Read his book. It pretty much explains your situation and how to fix it.
I just wanted to make sure, since it's kind of an important detail. You should probably put a ring on that once she picks up, especially if you're planning on keeping it which I would assume you are at this point.
>I am the only person she has ever been with like that.
Anon, I have bad news about 3D girls...
Just saying, marrying the mother of your child is generally a good move, assuming you love her and want to care for your child. There's always other options, but most of them don't reflect terribly well.
But seriously, get a prenup. It's an emergency thing, but it helps take some of the fear out of it.
Definitely. It seems pretty damn stupid not to.
Baccano!, Dramatical Murder, Miyazaki movies, Yotsuba!
She really enjoyed the Urobuchi stuff and went on to check out Saya no Uta and couldn't stop laughing.
Well if she's preggers and you're planning on staying with her then i'd definitely read Corey Wayne's book. This guy teaches men how to read women, and has great advice on how to keep shit together in the long term.
It's probably a safe bet that Tomo will be first Azumanga to lose her virginity. Based both on her personality and complete lack of impulse control. It wouldn't even be a romantic situation, just something to do that suddenly occurred to her.
>hanging out with a dude friend.
>suddenly slams her drink down on the table and jumps up
>"wanna have sex!"
>"uh.. I... ok."
>"sweet!" *poomf* clothes already off.
Yeah. I could totally see her being the initiator in a fuckbuddies relationship.
You've caught something precious.
I hope you manage not to hurt her or yourself.
I wonder how such a scenario would be like for Osaka.
I was really excited for this, a karateka tomboy becoming a figure skater, too bad it was canceled after three volumes
Some are just better at pretending than others, they start to believe their own lies eventually.
>they start to believe their own lies eventually.
Tends to happen pretty fast with real women anyway.
Nakamura is a tomboy, right?
Christ people, learn what the fuck constitues a tomboy! Being petite does not automatically make you a tomboy. It's mainly about their personality, and Rukia doesn't even come close in that department.
Reminder that this exists and is a good read if you can tolerate yuri.
For long I has been unable to pinpoint the reason why I find Tomo so attractive despite alledgedly unimpressive physical attributes. Probably is because she's a healthy mix between sexy and cuddly. I want to ruff her hair so badly, her genkiness and willingness to try fun/cool things is nice and she looks fun to tease (it could escalate into a full blown teasing contest).
>Tomboy and a reverse trap in the same show
I need to pick it up at some point.
But anon, I like both.
Tanline ZR is fine, too.
She seems so perfect for teasing.
I wish to rest my head on those thighs
God I'm tired I need a nap
Tomboys don't have to be sportive or athletic, right?
Country tomboys or city tomboys. Which do you prefer?
I'm not really sure what the difference would be.
And even then, as long as it's a tomboy, it's fine with me.
Office Lady who's secretly a tomboy. Country or city doesn't matter.
She gets like a quarter of an episode about her.
Wasn't worth it.
Crying tomboys are never good for the soul.
Probably my all-time favorite series.
Did somebody say space waifu?
