You obviously don't understand. All actors start out by taking classes in live acting whether its improv, scripted, etc. Technical acting (i.e. voice acting/improv/black-box/etc.) is much more difficult than emotional acting (i.e. live-action movies/stage) since emotional actors are able to benefit off of each other in the scene by building on each of their emotions as well as go at their own pace. Technical acting is much more difficult as technical actors are expected to work on their own in a scene and offset as well.

For example, remember the story of how Ian McKellan cried on the set of The Hobbit? Remember how it was because he was shot separately from the dwarves on a green screen since they were shooting the film in 3D and couldn't used the camera tricks to make him look taller since the 3D camera would ruin the effect, which made him get frustrated saying "This is not why I became an actor!"? That was because it pushed his technical acting abilities to his limits. Notice how there are those pictures of the characters that light up when they're supposed to be talking/when he's supposed to look at them? He had to convincingly act like he was interacting with real people when they weren't even fucking there and act like he was actually inside Bilbo Baggins' house when he never was at all. That can be very mentally taxing for actors with limited technical acting experience and who instead focus more on emotional acting.
