Post a better ED song than https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cI4dOUQ1xaU
Protip: you can't, faggot.
Do those japanese brackets normally come with the song title, or did the person who put it on youtube just add those in?
I want to know because 「」 have been scientifically proven to increase the coolness of anything you shove in between them.
I love Kimi no Shiranai Monogatari, but every time I hear it, I remember https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w-3T0gS3gi8 and get sad.
dubs trips quads and best ed of all time. well played.
I've always liked this one a lot, even though I've never seen it mentioned.
It's a darker reprise of a song that is bittersweet at best, with even more depressing lyrics. That and I'm a sentimental faggot.
>tfw anime fags who don't like the ED because "it doesn't fit" will understand it once it's all over
the last episode is going to end with
jotaro and joseph walking away from polnareff. then the ending begins; let the tears flow.
The song's use as an ED cheapens the effect it has as an insert song at the end of the picnic, and it never should have been the ED because of that.
Also can't forget this classic
Why did my heart break every time I heard this song start at the end of the episode? I'm not usually into the feels, but this show gave me feels hard, and I don't know why. There's a ton of other shows I'd rate higher than KnIN.
No, I'm pretty sure I'm just a sentimental faggot. I mean the lyrics get to me because even though Kimi no Shiranai Monogatari is bittersweet, it ends with the singer looking back on the story warmly. Watashi e reveals that she hasn't managed to let go of her feelings no matter how long its been, and that kind of stagnation really resonates with a failure at life like me.
Nagi's voice definitely doesn't help matters though.
E7 had four great OPs and four great EDs, and Tip Taps was the best of them all. There are a couple of [email protected] covers floating around, they're
all as terrible as you might expect.
That's not even the best Supercell ED, and you imply it's the best ED ever?
The best ED ever is this:
>someone who still likes a classic
I love you anon
It's ok 10/10.
I guess? I'm not sure where you're going with this, I already openly admitted that I'm the kind of faggot who gets sad easily. It isn't as if I'm trying to suggest that you or anyone else should feel the same way.
On the note of things that make some people sad that shouldn't, AnoHana had a fantastic ED that was far better than the show deserved.
I thought it made it better. Throughout Bake I wondered why the ED would be about specific constellations instead of some generic song about feelings. To see the final episode and realize the song is Senjougahara's message to Araragi was powerful stuff.
>To see the final episode and realize the song is Senjougahara's message to Araragi was powerful stuff.
That only works if you pick out specific portions of the song. The full version is about a girl who was never able to confess her feelings to the very end.
It definitely still is one of my all time favorites. Not only is it a great song, with a beautiful singer, but it's also completely tied in my mind to that fantastic scene in ep 12.
that said there are better songs out there. Here are a few off the top of my head which are better.
Arakawa Under the Bridge:
that's off the top of my head. i'm sure i'm forgetting a bunch cause i don't feel like thinking about it.
ending will never be animated
My three favorite ones I can actually remember
Close shop with Tuesday Gone
Start work with Grey Wednesday
weekly reminder that my life is going nowhere
Generic Jpop song, best ED ever.
Step your game up.
This ED is good. It's really good. But it's not as good as >>119992222 and there's probably even better one's that I'm just not remembering at the moment. OPs and EDs have been fantastic over the last few years.
Please go back to whatever cesspool you crawled out of.
It's the visuals as well, you know.
The 2nd season ED was similar but can't find one that isn't fucking muted.
This ED crushed me. It sent me to rock bottom in less than two minutes. Then about a year after I'd seen the show I managed to get my hands on a Triple H CD and I could listen to Grey Wednesday whenever I wanted. It was great, but I'd always get sad.
only the first 1:30.
I have no idea what that second part is.
Well, to it's benefit, secret base isn't anime original and is apocryphally played for graduations and stuff.
At least it was really pretty. Any episode that was only tangentially plotty at best was okay.
I appreciated episode 10 as it provided context for the OP in a similar way that other anons in this thread liked how episode 12 of Bakemonogatari did the same for the ED. A shame the show went right back to being terrible for the last two episodes.
>the ED is eased in at the end
>after the credits just sit there and appreciate the feelings that the episode evoked
Felt pretty good man.
The episode 9 instrumental version for the latter kills me every time. I'm still disappointed that Nidaime didn't have Biidama as the ED for the Saki and Madarame confrontation episode. If that had happened, I probably wouldn't have been able to help crying.
>I love the goodbye days or whatever it's called for Arakawa but the full versions bridge is fucking awful.
goodbye days is good too, but Akai Coat just tickles my fancy a bit more.
