Asaka Morio did a really good job on Chihayafuru, I wouldn't write him off as competent, he's definitely an above average director, some of his older stuff notwithstanding.

Takahashi also has some good shit under her belt. I'm pretty optimistic now.

Wow, it's Madhouse? My hopes just shot up 40%. It's just a fluffy comedy romance that isn't groundbreaking or anything, but I'll be damn if isn't cute and comfy. Hope the elevens don't hate the MC as not to buy the thing.
