But it's right, guys.
He isn't talking about the "anime" word from romaji but the "anime" word on english so it must be conjugated.
You have no idea what the fuck you are talking about. The word anime is the same for the singluar and plural forms. It's not even an original English word, its based off of the FRENCH word for animation. When speaking or writing the term "anime" it looks and sounds better whether it be in English or Japanese.
Does katanas, sushis, and ninjas sound correct to you? It shouldn't because none of those forms are fucking correct.
Oh and before some faggot comes on here and make the absurd claim that we only say "anime" the proper form over "animes" regardless of language because we want to keep the Japanese language "pure" or some such nonsense - yes I remember that post, you fag - fuck off.
>But the plural of sheep is sheep.
And the plural of ox is oxen, but the plural of box isn't boxen.
Plurals are a tricksy business in English. You should never make assumptions. And you can't always generalize from one word to another.
hahaha I really really really dislike, no I mean, i don't like it so much, i mean, it's silly, your post it's silly, anon.
I remember you Kuchen, plural kuchen, is a german word conjugated as kuchens on english.
It doesn't matter the original language, silly anon, just the idea (in this case a kuchen represents a cake) and it's conjugated as a regular noun.
Sucks to be you.
Not b8, just genuinely hated the ending.
Don't try and say it wasn't rushed, with a ton of nonsensical talking for 2 episodes.
(I haven't seen the movies, yet. Heard it gives some redemption to the series)
I feel like Gintama is one of the, if not the, only right answers.
It's an adaptation and they had a lot to cram in there. I was lucky enough to have seen the movie first. But even if you read the manga first I think it can be viewed as being its own thing.
I love that movie and I love you Anon.
