Why does /a/ hate yuri?
I wonder if Troid-sama will come again
Because I realized that boy should love boys and girls should love girls but I'm mad at my inability to make any changes to society souch that it becomes the norm.
Because of obnoxious retarded shitposters. Otherwise known as yurifaggots. If we could somehow force out their filth, yuri threads would be left in peace without any cancer to stamp out.
Ah. I worked with him once at Paya-paya. That place was fun. Trolling real life lesbians is one the funniest shits ever. They fall for baits so easy, it's like the trolling is on auto-pilot. Sucks that I was banned after only a couple weeks. Wanted to troll them more.
I like yuri, but when it switches to futa I have to make decision whether to keep fapping or switch to something else.
Some guy with a chip on his shoulder goes nuts because he doesn't like crack pairings and goes on long autistic combative rants on multiple boards on 4chan, as well as various other forums.
The mods step in, do their job, he takes it as a personal slight, is now waging war against a particular mod, apparently named Troid.
You can always tell who it is because he'll talk about "insulting the characters" and taunting the mods.
On the other hand, maybe the guy just really likes crack and gets it in a passive aggressive way.
I'm a yurifag but one day other yurifags trampled on a pure het love story in the name of yuri, now I have to kill my old comrades one by one.
That's right, I'm here to save /a/ from yuri.
They have an interesting relationship, but I think they did fall in love with each other.
for what it is, how can two girls really fall in love normally during war?
When they get 50k followers, allegedly.
I would settle for a nice new OVA.
I mean, how is it that shit like Boku no Pico exists while there is almost no yuri and especially no loli yuri?
It's not that I hate yuri, it's that I can't get excited if there isn't a penis involved.
Don't have the one I want to post so this will have to do.
Yuri does not so much subvert gender roles in Japan as it does reinforce them.
Women are expected to, or at least it's not considered abnormal to "date" other women in high school and earlier because it is viewed as a way to experience love/sex/whatever whilst remaining "pure." Consequently, actual lesbians are considered to be women who have refused to grow up. They are not considered to actually exist in Japan.
Likewise, this is how it's treated in the yuri genre (with the exception of a minority sub-genre). Girls date other girls before and on through high school, then after high school they "grow up" and start dating boys.
Yuri is reflective of the cultural mindset. There are few yuri series which explore the lives of adults because adult women do not date adult women.
There are exceptions, but this is the norm.
So was 2014 the year of yuri afterall? can we hope for more yuri in 2015 with yuri kuma arashi and whatever else might be in store?
or is yuri dead and buried for good?
I must be new here. The one time I seriously saw someone say "hetfag" without being tongue-in-cheek was that retarded Brazilian fucker.
Now that was a tool. So self-unaware, he actually tried to namefag himself after girls from Raildex, a.k.a. that novel series where the only "yuri" comes from obnoxious little shits who are usually ditched
or killed offby their unrequited, 100% straight crushes.
