I don't know...they trash it everything I had.... and I had never talk about anime with them after that...

My dad liked Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away when he saw them once. The only other thing was that he used to give me shit when I was like 8 for liking DBZ since all they do is scream.

I don't think they know I do, or at least I've never told them and they've never brought it up, so I assume they're not paying attention to what I'm watching.

My dad did watch Eva when it aired on TV here like 10-12 years ago, though.

My mom and imouto watch shows together a lot. We're already Asian though so there's none of that "oh are you watching that chinese cartoon again" stuff.

They have fun with it.

My dad liked a lot of 90's stuff, me and him watched it together a lot when i was a kid. he doesn't really keep up with any anime now and doens't really care about it or my particular tastes

My Mom doesn't really have an opinion, she just knows I watch them and figures if I like them and I don't let them take over my life then whatevs.

I watched a few shows like FMA together with my mom, and she liked it. Generally she looks down on it though, despite her being a big Disney/Dreamworks fan.

But se loves Attack on Titan and constantly asks me when the second season is coming out. Truly a normalfag magnet.

Last week my teacher revealed hes a big fan of Attack on Titan, he's even looking forward to the second season and so on. It stemmed as we were talking about Akame ga kill in a break. Really wierd having a 45+ old guy talking about cartoons.

My mother loves childrens/cartoon movies, though.

My mom probably knows I watch anime, but she doesn't know anything about it. I doubt it's even a thought in her mind. I remember explaining to her back in like 2006 why I needed $200 off her credit card to buy evangelion shit, and I had to tell her that it was a big deal to me. I'm sure she's noticed my figure collection at least once over the past ten years.

I watched the uncensored version of Angel Cop with my grandpa a few months ago, I thought he'd get a kick out of japs trashing the jews. He actually knows some japanese from the sushi guy at a restaurant he's been going to for twenty years, so he loved it.
