Do you buy manga, LNs, or artbooks /a/?
I just got a proper self for my collection.

What is "buy"?
>>118413974
I only have 3 JoJo Artbooks
I don't really like collecting a lot of books since
they usually end up gathering dust
>>118413974
Oh, and here are some volumes left over from my teenage collection, which I've sold most of (FMA, Rosario + Vampire, D.Gray-man, etc.), as well as some old Viz late 80/early 90s releases stacked up (Cobra, Venger Robo, Crying Freeman).
the only fictitious I ever buy are some vide games who had multiplayer and was impossible to play it any other way in rest there is nothing you cant get for free

>Playing video games
>>118414386
you know most anime are made after vn which are basically video games right ?
>>118414438
VNs and their adaptations are always awful though. And "most" is a bit of an overstatement.
I wanted to buy Dragon Ball but I hear there isn't any good releases of it.
>>118413974
Is Message to Adolf any good? It sounds really weird.
Physical, raw manga is always nice. More so if it hasn't even been scanned.
I buy the Haruhi light novels. I love them.
>>118414438
>most anime are made after vn
> vn which are basically video games
VN's are not video games in the slightest.

I haven't finished yet, but i really liked the first half. I usually hear good things about it.
this should go to the buyfag thread before its flooded with
>buying manga
I buy light novels, artbooks, and some manga depending on their online availability.
>>118415197
If you lurked even a little the buyfag thread you'd konw that it's not possible to talk about manga there (save for doujins), only plastic butts and other merch.
Don't know if I'll buy manga, but this is what I have on hold on my next purchase.
Yes, I buy quite a bit. Probably have around 800 jp books between manga, LNs and anthologies. I think my artbook collection is still pretty small, definitely <20. Shelf situation is dire.

>Buying anything online
>>118416510
You're either supremely lucky or have extremely pleb taste if you can get everything you want in a brick-and-mortar store.
>>118416569
you can if you live in japan
>>118416569
This, I had to buy almost all of >>118413974 online. I got lucky with Princess Knight and Swallowing the Earth; found them in a comic shop that was almost catered to my tastes. They had tons of older and obscure manga. Too bad the store is a 2 hour drive away.
>>118416637
Which is probably less than a percent of /a/'s population.
>>118416637
>>118416739
They're bluffing anyways, there are definitely still things that are hard to find in a brick-and-mortar.
>>118416640
Yeah. As sad as I was to see some of my local bookstores go the way of the dodo, I'm very thankful that online shopping exists.
I don't have a pic, but this is what I have.
