A boy falls in love with a girl.

A decent women is extremely rare and it takes the right kind of man to snatch that women and keep the marriage stable, most men I know are either in a relationship miserable or just got dumped/divorced and are miserable. I know a handful of men in happy marriages, one of them is my father. Main character has a girl he likes. Ends up getting help from another girl (a friend of the girl he likes) to end up with her. Various shenanigans ensue and MC starts to develop interest in the girl who is helping him instead. There's a climactic scene at Christmas where the MC has to choose between the two girls in some fashion, and he goes for the girl who helps him.

The story continues after that for a little bit, until the feelings of the two girls involved in the love triangle are resolved, with both of them accepting the MC x Helper Girl pairing.

Flash to his side, guess what? he's socially inept /a/nime watcher who's only working cause it's his uncle's store, and he's fallen for her and trying to impress her. He has no idea what he's doing, so sometimes he makes her super happy, but as soon as it's getting good, bam, he fucks something up.

Christmas episode:
The first heavy snow of the season triggers the separation layer's clearing chutes, dumping snow on the subliners. Main characters are holed up in an apartment building, watching people outside make the most of it, sledding on garbage-can lids, having snowball fights, all that. Cyborg's girlfriend convinces her to join the fun, despite her misgivings that they'll end up back on the military's radar. Surveillance operator whose kid just survived a spine transplant watches them, wipes the temporary tape.

Everyone is always being watched by monsters. Wherever people aren't looking, there are demons and shades. When someone looks in their direction, they scurry away or dissipate and reform into the shadows. Only MC-kun notices them, but nobody ever believes him. But one day a shade comes out of the darkness, covers the eyes of one of his friends, and drags that friend into the shadows. Now MC-kun must save this friend and protect all the people he holds dear.

Me and my best friend went over to each others house every Friday night to watch anime on her computer. Ever since Middle School, when she was pale and shy, and I was socially awkward, and no one wanted to be friends with us, we spent all our time together. We both liked anime and brought Shonen Jump to silent reading on the first day of Middle School, so we bonded through that.

Every week I would go over, and we would marathon a new series all night. We would pretend we were the heroes in our favorite anime. We would talk about what would happen next. Her Mom would make us sandwiches, cookies, and juice. We laughed. We cried. We were the happiest kids in the world.

Of course I liked her. Being a lonely kid with no other friends, but a pretty and shy girl who liked anime, it was pretty easy to fall in love. I was always too scared to show her my feelings, and we stayed that way up through high school. I still came over, but her Mom started being less nice to me. She seemed sad and depressed. I didn't know why at the time, but she felt sorry for me.

We continued to watch new series, but now she was bored. She didn't like watching the stuff I liked. She would be on the cellphone for hours while I watched anime, and she would ignore me when I asked her questions. For my whole senior year of high school, she became less and less concerned with me and more concerned with her new friends. She had become popular. Her shyness was gone, and everyone thought she was the coolest.

When Prom came, we both decided years before that we wouldn't go and stay at her house instead. We had never seen Akira when we were in middle school, so we promised each other we would watch it together on Prom Night when everyone else was out getting drunk and having sex. It was going to be our Promo.

As she slowly drifted off to sleep, MC kissed her on the cheek and promised that he would do everything he could to show her what he saw. It was a lie, of course, but the sheer glee on her face was enough to warm his heart on that chilly night.

University student is diagnosed with fatal familial insomnia. He doesn't believe that he's actually going to die at first, but uses the fact that he has a fatal condition to garner sympathy and pity sex from the girl he's been chasing. He drops out of university and lives the high life, because his parents give him whatever he wants, seeings how he's going to be dead within half a year. About a month in, he's only sleeping four hours every two or three days, and the symptoms are creeping up. Its getting hard to carry on conversations, he starts acting like even more of an asshole, people start to drift away, and the fear starts to close in. Five months in, he can no longer sleep at all, the world is a strange blur, he's barely functional. His final days are nearly catonic. The last day of his life plays out as a strange hallucination, a warped version of how life was like before, and he dies happy. Through the book, the prose slowly changes from quality work to something that reads like a fourth grader wrote it, as his mental capacity degrades.

Every episode starts with a relatively normal premise, then spirals out of control as the cracks in the housewife's seemingly idyllic existence gradually expand throughout each episode. 13 episodes.

Christmas Special: Housewife stays home and cooks a nice dinner for her husband, son and daughter. Daughter is off being a slut, son is a NEET and doesn't even look down to see the food as he eats. Husband is off getting drunk at an employee party and making passes at a female co-worker.

Holy shit, this sounds like it could be actually good if you didn't include the intentional "hey look guys I'm so artsy and deep" element at the end.

Weird accidents happen in the MC's town, which range from mysterious vandalism to entire trains getting derailed. There are no suspects, nothing immediately obvious, that can be pointed to and said to be the cause for these events. The MC eventually dies in one of those accidents, but comes back to life after making a deal with some mysterious spirit. The spirit gives him supernatural powers, but requires him to live life to the fullest in order to feed on his emotions and experience the world of the living.

The MC begins noticing spirits and other supernatural beings who flock to him in order to set them free or solve whatever it is binding them to the world of the living. The MC basically becomes a ghostbuster, but must be careful in doing so less he attracts the attention of whoever is responsible for all those accidents, as well as ancient spirits and dead kings that lurk in the shadows.

Mostly done as a noir / horror show set in modern day and age, with the MC dropping in at parties for his spirit partner to experience the world of the living and get to know each other, and facing both the dead, undead, and neverborn gods from beyond.

World has real super heroes and powerlevels and all, right? Well MC is just a regular person; regular as in he has no powers. He constantly pretends though because he worships these heroes, and that leads to his chuni tendencies.

Besides being treated as weird by most, he has a pretty regular life until he gets dropped in the shit when he comes upon a murder scene. A hero killed another hero, which has never been heard of before. The murderer knocks the MC out and uses his power to frame the MC as a super villain who just took down a hero. This hero wasn't any hero though, it was one of the most well known and beloved heroes; Captain Well Known And Beloved Hero.

For the MC to survive the onslaught of the fallen hero's colleagues and comrades he has to bluff being a super villain of the power to take down the most powerful hero on the planet to keep the heroes at bay. Other villains quickly move to support him and before he knows it he is on a world conquest.

The villains supporting him would not be shown as good guys in a bad light, they would be legitimate scum and scoundrels. Heroes would be displayed as either the former or truly great people out to avenge their fallen friend.

The MC’s mind does not exist in this universe. She lives in a secret society of mages, and she was volunteered as a young girl to take part in a magic-science experiment where they attempted to use her mind as a proxy connection to look into a universe with four spatial dimensions. This went horribly wrong, and now her mind is trapped there. Even though it’s actually in that universe, she can for the most part see and act in this universe, with her mind and brain communicating over the two universes.

Life is a living hell for her. Because she’s a mage, this has turned her powers into an abstract, uncontrollable force. Suddenly, her powers may begin summoning forces and leaking them into this universe. For example, she has summoned a tulpa of a being from that universe (or at least how it can represent itself in three dimensions) that never leaves her side, and can without notice project itself in reality through her own subconscious. Another thing that happens frequently is the space in real life becoming overloaded and corrupting like JPG artifacts. In her dreams, all that she sees are blinding colors and screaming daemons, representing an image too much for a human mind to grasp.

She currently lives with her older sister in a small town full of nonmages. She’s been reduced to a neurotic, quivering mess. Despite being depressed and disturbed constantly, she attempts to have friends at school and deal with these strange occurrences as they come up.

Basically imagine something like Yume Nikki in an urban setting.

MC is from our world but somehow he slips into loop of jumping universes to different games, shows, and books. Sounds like it could be good, except the laws of our world's physics still apply to him while the laws of causality in the alternative universes also affect him, meaning something that would normally be of no affect to the characters in that universe could be completely lethal to him.

The story follows him as he leaps through these worlds, each steadily becoming less recognizable and more dangerous. The first major parts will be him being a chew toy for everything and only surviving by the skin of his ass, with him eventually learning how to survive on the road of universe hopping and becoming a respectable badass who can only hope his next leap is the leap home.

A high school student skips her first day of class to visit the old forests and collect rocks for her growing collection. She spends the entire day collecting until she stumbles upon an unnatural white stone. She tries to leave the forest after taking the unnatural stone but witnesses smoke from the top of a tree, rustling of tree branches and loud laughter coming from an unseen being.

She’s being followed, going around in circles and cannot figure out why she is lost: until she turns around, looks up at the trees with smoke and finds a hairy giant smoking a big pipe. A kapre has grown fond of the student and decides to follow its "love interest" throughout her life.

The student desperately tries to prove to everyone the existence of the kapre, who only stares at her with passion. However, the creature is invisible to the human eye - unless it wants to be seen – causing everyone to believe she is suffering from insanity.

She contacts her friend and cries to the creature that she will ignore it if it conceals itself from her classmate. The next day, her classmate goes missing: the kapre has become possessive of her and won’t let any human male have its lover, intending to abduct her to emancipate their love.

This tale focuses on the student avoiding the kapre, while trying to secretly warn the males around her about her stalker. Meanwhile, her parents are concerned about their child’s delusions, contacting a psychiatric hospital to assess her condition…

A fantasy anime where magic is very rare, MC has spent years and years of his life studying/trying to learn magic to the point that he's become schizophrenic, but he hasn't realized it. He's obsesses over philosophy and ethics as he dive's deeper and deeper into the things made possible by what he's learned.

I'm reposting mine. I think I posted this one only once or twice.

MC is a NEET who one day is approached by a fairy telling him that he must go to the 2D world with her to save anime, promising him life in the 2D realm after he has saved enough. He jumps through all sorts of shows doing what the fairy tells him to influence their plots into more entertaining ones.

After he's completed the required amount, however, the fairy goes back on her promise, and transports him to another world to keep doing his job. At this point she reveals that he was only a tool used to entertain the readers of the LN, and that she was in fact an avatar of the author. At this point the LN becomes self aware.

She explains that it doesn't matter whether MC wants to go along with it at this point, since anyting he does to the plot will result in entertaining writing. He rebels and hides, attempting to find a peaceful life in the 2D realm. MC makes friends and maybe even falls in love, through multiple worlds, over and over again just for it to be ruined by the meddling fairy/author who torments him for her/the readers' enjoyment.

MC falls into a deep depression, at this point the fairy/author has become basically a sadistic yandere for MC, obsessed with ridding him of all happiness to produce more suffering so the LN will sell. In the finale, MC realizes his true power: the power of being the MC. He has suffered long and hard and now he realizes that he has the readers' sympathy. All the readers cheer him on and he is granted powers in universe through the desire of all the readers to see him win. He wins a final confrontation through cliched deus ex machina in the ways only an MC could, and earns his happy ending, living a happy life with those he loved from all the series.

A desperate young couple are pleading help for their child from a secluded old couple who are rumored to be former medical researchers. No one else would treat their daughter due to the risk of disease, as they live in the post-antibiotic era. It is an age where bacteria resistance to antibiotics resulted in the spread of infectious diseases, the prevention of organ transplants and the end of modern food supply, causing major world population decline and international anarchy.

The young couple are given help in exchange for a promise: they are tasked with the responsibility of giving a package to an old friend of the secluded couple. They trust his judgement but are unable to finish the task themselves due to their old age. Before agreeing, the young couple ask what is in the package - the contents are nanoparticles: the successor to antibiotics. The medical researchers believe this will bring a brighter future for humanity but only in the right hands.

The young couple encounters many hurdles in their path who want the package: corrupt businesses desiring to obtain control, environmental luddites preferring a world with a declining population and a politician with dreams of creating a race of people based on his image. The young couple push on for a more promising future for their only child, even at the expense of their lives.
