I'm not a mod or janitor but it seems like it's up to the discretion of the mod or janitor whose working at the time. It's their opinion on whether or not Nurutu threads are detrimental the well-being of the board.

Some of the threads hit the bump limit while others end after only 5 replies. They can't actually ban you though unless you complain about the threads getting deleted, as that goes against GR#8, or you spam the threads immediately after the old one gets deleted, as that goes against GR#10.

If the thread gets deleted just wait 15 minutes and look again. It's still okay from what we know.
