CG wasn't the problem with the movies. Odd storytelling omissions were. Why change Zod throwing Guts the sword? Why have Skelly show up after Guts and Caska fuck? Why'd the supporting cast get so little screen time?

I mean, it was a solid effort, but there wasn't really that much wrong with the CG, especially by the last movie.

Think on this. Let's say you're a Jojofag. After getting through the weirdness of Stone Ocean, SBR starts out hella cool without forcing anything on itself. Stands don't immediately appear, more focus is on mundane stuff than on straight-up punchghosts. The change in tone and general usage of powers is notable.

But then you realize. You realize that you miss some of it. All this shit with indirect weird powers is cool, but you miss more direct stuff. And after all the shit the main villain does, after everything that happens, he keeps getting away with stuff, he doesn't get comeuppance. The irritation, which had been building up, finally manifests itself in hate, particularly after Gyro dies. So you can imagine that when peopleread this it was the hypest, most cathartic shit ever.
