Let's have a discussion about ninjas with superpowers.
Any news on the new movie, light novels, spin-off show, or upcoming 2015 movie?
Let's keep shipping to a minimum.
>Let's have a discussion about ninjas with superpowers
Lets not, I have a really good idea, we should all go discuss n/a/ruto on a different website that way we don't have to put up with all these elitists am I right guys? whos with me?
Surprised with ending =/= hated the ending
Kishi once stated he wanted to create a character that would stand out but not be so different that it may deter people. His biggest inspiration was Dragonball / Z for his manga therefore he felt Akira's design for Goku was very familiar therefore Naruto would have a very comforting image.
This is why he wears an Orange and Blue jumpsuit.
Is Sasuke really only in The Last for like two minutes? I'm pretty bummed it doesn't seem like we're getting any closure on his arc
because he's my favorite character.
I mean hell, for all we still know, Salad is Karin's kid and Sasuke was just having Sakura babysit.
>OK guys so here i am going to be honest with you. First of all YES i hated the Last Movie. My friend from japan gave me the recorded one and he himself hated the movie.
>Salad is Karin's kid and Sasuke was just having Sakura babysit.
I give your delusions NS/10
He's been in other movies though. We have all the closure we need.
Do you guys think we're done with Sasuke faggotry for good? I'm really looking forward to whatever content comes after this to be focused on having
Kishi did leave the door open for Sasuke. He said had he continued on the manga Sasuke's journey would have been about learning about Kaguya & making sure something like that never happenes again.
I love the "a Japanese friend" card, never gets old
anyone has speculation on the content of the Kakashi novel?? I have a feeling, that it will handle the Kakashi ANBU filler arc.
Sasuke has taken up so much attention while Hinata's appearances were short with large gaps between them. Having Hinata in the spotlight for once while Sasuke is in the background is a welcome change of pace.
Besides the only story left untold for Sasuke is his side of the SasuSaku romance which would be a distraction from Naruto and Hinata's.
About the new movie:
According to the greeting,
NARUTO’s new movie is coming on next august.
Boruto is a lead character and Naruto, Sasuke, Sarada will appear in it.
Kishi’s now busy thinking the scenario.
He’s going to think how SS get married from now.
He also worried whether the scenario of the last movie connects well with that of original manga.
He forgot to make Boruto & Himawari have Byakugan.
This is Mebuki, Sakura's mother. Just take a look at her eyes and her hair, there's 0% chance that Sarada's mother is Karin, the delusions are real.
I think as long as we're upfront about it being a Naruto thread and focus on discussion instead of shipping we tend to last longer.
We just need to be better about policing ourselves.
Nurudu definitely got more /fa/ as the series went on. Looks like he passed that onto his son as well.
I don't know. I think /a/ are pretty mature when it comes to Naruto pairings. Everyone's pretty accepting of the canon pairings, joke about the non canon ships they like and only bash the shippers from other websites that overreact to everything.
>tfw your best friends and sensei won't leave you alone so you can read porn
She's 100% anti-edge. Little Burrito sounds pretty cute as well.
Sasuke ruined the manga with his edgy bullshit. His shit fanbase should suffer a little. It's obvious SP fucking despises him.
Give them time though. They just finished fixing Pink by turning her into Nurudu's nee-chan type-character.
Kishimoto did the designs. She's had no canon appearances (except one that's off-screen) but the design is canon simply because it's how Kishimoto imagined Sakura's parents.
It's a bit like how Toriyama designed Bardock and made him canon but the story of him sending Goku to earth is different in canon from the Bardock special.
That may be a mistranslation. I've seen other versions of that article just say that it'll star Bolt, Naruto's son, and Salad, Sasuke's.
Still, seeing the parents goof off while the kids do everything would be great. Especially if the topic of first kisses is brought up.
I'd hit it. Her husband's pretty rad too.
No shit, it's irrelevant if it's canon or not, you can't dispute that Sarada carries over simialr traits from her design.
It's not like Kishi thought "Hey I know, I'll design Sakura's parents but I won't make them look anything like how I think they should look, herp derp."
Whether those designs are canon or not is irrelevant, wihout any other material that's all there is, these Karenfags need to get over the fact that just because Sarada wears glasses she isn't Karin's child.
Pic related Karin's other child according to logic.
considering kishimoto is shy about romance, it was pretty good, the only thing against it is the lack of screentime and naruto being an idiot
then again it took a couple of days after realizing hinata was in love with him to naruto for naruto to confess, propose and kiss her, if they had interacted more they would have been canon three arcs ago and kishimoto would have to show them as a couple
No. SS made next to zero sense. You had no idea as to why Sakura loved Sasuke so much or why he suddenly started liking her at the end despite knowing she's liked him since part 1. Also it's abusive.
He always gets the best animated fights in the anime
That's not Kakashi vs. Coolest Guy.
I don't get it, how is it abusive? don't get me wrong, I'm indifferent towards SS, but their interaction in part 2 wasnt abusive, they were simply ninjas with different convictions, with Sasuke being insane thanks to his Uchiha genes
>implying they wouldn't argue like the little shitheads they are
>"I can't believe a snot-nosed brat like you is gonna be the Seventh Hokage someday?"
>"My dad is way cooler than you. You must be someone else."
>"How the hell did you get someone as kind and pretty as mama Hinata?"
Sakura loved Sasuke because she loved him. Why does Hinata love Naruto? Why does Naruto love Sakura? Why did your mom love your daddy?
Sasuke showed a few really subtle dere moments. He's just a crazy motherfucker. And it's not like he suddenly started to like her. His epiphany during his fight with Naruto probably made him realize he had been an asshole and it would probably be best to stop treating the only other person (aside from Naruto) that stood up for him like shit
She tells Sasuke that Naruto is lucky for not having parents when they're kids knowing full well that Sasuke has no family then in Road to Ninja she tells Naruto to his face that he's lucky that he doesn't have any parents nagging him then after a few days she was already feeling depressed of being alone.
She's a fucking terrible person and even Sauce deserves better.
Makes about as much sense as SasuKarin, really. It's obvious Sakura won't fuck off no matter what Sauce does.
Might as well produce an heir or two in the meantime.
Also, I'd like to see an emphasis on the technological developments in the new series.
Some pilot chapter panels with a few of the initial character designs.
Would she rather be adopted by Coolest Guy?
Speaking of Coolest Guy, how the fuck are SP going to outdo Silhouette for the final OP? It's goddamn fantastic.
writing "Mission accomplished" on the moon with shitty handwriting
>Why does Hinata love Naruto?
Because she related to him and inspired her to become better.
>Why does Naruto love Sakura?
No bloody clue, it was never explained.
>Why did your mom love your daddy?
You see the story of why Hinata loves Naruto. It's a believable one. Naruto doesn't love Sakura. Sakura is seriously in love with Sasuke after being around him for about a month to the point of forgiving multiple murder attempts and his slapping her around. Makes no sense for her to be so in love. Kishi or someone said the forehead poke was a sign of great affection. Basically despite him never saying he had a bond with Sakura (unlike he said about Naruto all the time), and him specifically saying he has no interest in her, suddenly he has great affection for her.
Hinata loved Naruto because she saw that despite being treated like shit by the whole village, bullied by the other children and being considered a failure, he still worked hard for so that everyone would acknowledge him and stopped treating him like shit. She saw that despite him being sad and lonely all the time he sucked it up and kept going forward, always improving as a person and never doing anything half assed.
Why does Sakura love Sasuke? Because she thinks he's hot.
>Why does Hinata love Naruto?
Because of his determination despite all odds to prove himself, something she herself needed to have, and his kindness.
>Why does Naruto love Sakura?
He didn't. He was attracted to her, found out she liked Sasuke and didn't want to loose to Sasuke. Sakura explains this and Naruto doesn't deny it.
If Sakura punches his ass one time, one fucking time, I'll be able to say I carry a modicum of respect for her.
during his epiphany he states that he wanted to push naruto away because he cared, it possible the same was true about sakura, and either sasuke didn't want to admit it, or kishi didn't want to go full spaghetti
if he felt about sakura anything similar to how he felt about naruto, it's understandable that he might warm up to her after he finished his mission in ninja mexico and hinata had turned naruto straight
Nigga's the Neil Armstrong of bijuu.
Every moment they were together they helped each other out & grew stronger. I do think there could have been more scenes without making Hinata a main female lead.
>I would love to hear how, I'm curious
Naruto never gave a shit about Hinata in a romantic way and showed platonic interest to her only after the pain arc if i'm not wrong. In other hand Sasuke showed multiple signs of affection and care for Sakura through the series.
That adorable Himawari. And mama Hinata.
how does naruto falling for a girl that was rooting for him since day one and is kind, sweet and understanding makes less sense than sakura still loving sasuke after all the shit he did to her and him loving her back after he showed he didn't care for 90% of part 2?
Now compare that to the many times Sasuke says he cares about Naruto and talks about their bond. While he has never said anything like that about Sakura and has shown he doesn't care if she lives or died on multiple occasions.
Naruto's opinion of Hinata has always been respect ever since he saw her fight in the Chunin Exams. Before that he didn't understand her because she kept to herself which he found weird.
Every time Naruto and Hinata did talk Naruto would say how much he respects her for her strength and bravery. So when he realizes she loves him that knowledge combines with everything he respects about her and he falls in love.
Is this from somewhere. It reminded me that we don't have the rest of these The Rest chapters.
>showed platonic interest to her only after the pain arc if i'm not wrong.
on hinata's first noteworthy appearance, in the chuunin exam, naruto went from thinking she's weird to respecting and being inspired by her. it was all uphill from there. it wasn't exactly romantic, granted, but he showed an emotional connection to her in the pain arc, and her slap to snap him out of coolest guy's TnJ showed they were closer than th rest of the leaf rookies
You really don't know a lot about human relationships, don't you.
Sounds like headcanon to me. Almost every canon couples in this series feels like fanfiction bullshit anyway.
It'll be with him til the day he dies.
Why are all the bitches in Nurudu's life so fine?
I just want Sakura to tsun the fuck out of him once she's got him by the balls. She's pretty pathetic right now. Even Hinata nutted the fuck up when Naruto almost joined Coolest Guy.
wasn't this also on the eve of his brilliant "make the entire ninja world hate me" plan too? hard to be a global boogeyman if you admit you might care about that girl who likes you
novel is out and some people have it, how long until we see sceenshots of the whole novel?
also lolinata looks cute
I think Naruto cared about Hinata ever since the chunin exams and that he subconsiously loved her, only that the genjutsu showed him the seriousness of Hinata's side of her love and that it let Naruto to think about his own feelings
Sasuke never showed any romantic interest in Sakura. He specifically said that he didn't like her. Nobody's romantic interest was reciprocated until the end because Kishi wanted for all the couples to only culminate at the end but Naruto showed he cared about Hinata one trillion times more than Sasuke showed he cared about Sakura. Naruto seeing Hinata die = The worst emotions of his life. Sasuke just straight up tries to kill Sakura himself.
This is most likely the case. Sasuke spilled enough spaghetti with the YOU'RE MY BEST FRIEND, NARUTO shit. It almost ruined his edgelord reputation. Doing the same for Sakura would just be too much. Let's leave it at a forehead poke...
It's Kishi's fault for making her such a bitch but giving her an unattainable goal so the least she can do is cry whenever Sasuke's on the page.
I hope she retains her The Last personality.
Well I haven't actually seen the movie but Naruto showing respect for Hinata is something he says to her face whenever they talk. It only makes sense that it's not just her feelings for him that make him fall in love but the fact he already thinks very highly of her.
Loving bad boys and loving men who beat the shit out of you are 2 completely different things. Not that this has anything to do with the original conversation about Sasuke never caring about Sakura.
Because you're picturing Sakura put on peep shows on ninja Skype while Sasuke jerks off into his sleeping bag.
Probably arrested by breaking intellectual rights laws. But, since everyone know about fansubbers, this will come to nothing.
He definitely showed affection and care. By Sasuke's standards it may means a lot more. That's why i think SS feel less forced than NH.
>naruto's "whay the fuck do you cry, bitch" face
lets discuss the characterization of sakura.
Victim of kishis bad writing?
girl in a shonen trope?
japan shit taste?
what makes her sympathetic at all? is she written well?
shojo character in a shonen?
if it was a shojo would her actions actually be explained?
I never liked her at all and never once found her sympathetic. is it intentional? what other mangas have a "sakura"?
This is fucking bullshit and you know it Coolest Guy.
Is there any fanart of Coolest Guy holding baby Bolt?
Im pretty sure this was more of him tell Naruto to get Sakura and himself somewhere safe because he's about to whoopass
But didn't Sage tell Kurama to stay with Naruto?
She never will. She'll be too afraid that if she does the slightest thing to offend Sasuke, he'll up and leave her. And she'll run off to beg for Naruto's help whenever Sasuke is unreasonable.
That's just the Uchiha "WE LOVE EVERYONE SO DAMN MUCH WE TURN INTO EDGELORDS" curse at work. Sasuke liked Naruto even more than he liked Sakura and they've tried to kill each other multiple times.
Then again killing those you love is how the Uchihas show affection.
most of them never cared about nh and only argued in its favour because it got naruto out of the way
now that nh is canon and is getting more attention than their ship, they are showing their true colors
How do you think their marriage is?
>he Kamuis out of heaven to play explosive babby football with Nurudu
>No backstory or family background.
>Doomed to day one to be in a shitty love triangle.
>The author doesn´t know shit about womans.
>Never had the chance to be equal to his male partners.
>Biased toward Sasuke.
pretty much all of the above to some degree, but mostly whatever promise she had was murdered by kishi the more time he spent with her, as he clearly had his yin-yang fetish play out in every relationship he wrote about, friend, enemies, mentors, just fucking everywhere, but couldn't find a proper 3-way metaphor to fit sakura into the naruto-sasuke dynamic, so he just flubbed it and she ended up half-assed and useless
Your best excuse was that everything between them was platonic when the fucking foundation for the relationship was there since part 1. It isn't expertly well written no, but it makes sense
