The sad part is that I can still read and enjoy it. I love the premise and characters of the book, but holy shit did it fall apart after Seven died. The MC also needed to grow some balls much earlier in the story, around after Deus begins losing his powers. Now, would I call the manga outright bad? No. But goddamn this was a disappointment.

Darkstalkers was pretty good, considering the source material was a fighting game with no story (even for a fighting game)

Sound was awesome, visuals were outstanding even for nowdays standards and direction was good. Its only sin is that first Ova was too good. The rest was pretty bland when it comes to story, but then again you couldn't ask much more with that should material.

I wish lots of action anime nowdays were half good as this was.

Last arc of SDF Macross. I thought it was so smart with how it portrayed cultural assimilation, but on a rewatch it turned out to be a boring mess. The show should have ended in episode 27.

It really didn't age well.
Character design is still top notch though, but the pacing is too fucking retarded.
