The only thing from Kajitsu we know for sure is canon is the Common Route. We have no idea how much of the routes actually happened, if anything at all.
The anime seems to be doing a mixed route, but it's so messed up and they've skipped much of the shit that made Yuuji become close to the girls (and he was close with the in Meikyuu - i.e. the sequel) that's hard to tell if the anime is the canon main route that should have taken place during Kajitsu's timeline.

By the time Meikyuu begins, he hasn't chosen any of the girls, but he's sexually and romantically involved with all of them.
