Anyone remembers this little cute mangA?
Well, there's a new chapter
Can anyone translate it?
Ok, let me regale you the history of why /tg/ translated this and not /a/.
This gets posted on /a/, first response is FUCK OFF. The rest of the thread is bitching and whining.
Then it gets posted to /tg/. Many of the members were excited for another chapter. It gets translated within minutes.
THAT's why this should get posted to /tg/.
They're all up on sadpanda, including this chapter
Not edgy, I wouldn't actually kill him if he continues.
But it seemed to work for some other author, so maybe it will work.
I don't want to see this piece of shit posted anymore.
/tg/ used to get much more shit done a couple of years ago.
Now days it's mostly quest threads and rarely something gets done. Most of the time it ends in arguing and things go nowhere.
Quest threads were truly the downfall of /tg/
>"Haha she's an elf and he's an orc so by japanese manga standards he should be raping her but instead he wants none of it while she does"
>"let's post the entire fucking thing on /a/ every fucking time the word "elf" or "orc" is mentioned in any thread, whether it's related or not"
I've seen it so many times I fucking hate it by now.
>also, it appears that it's a hit with people outside the country, too
>what the hell
If you want to see it that way, then okay, I'm not going to stand and fight the hivemind because I don't have the autism required to quote 4 posts per reply.
I'm just saying, you must have a very dumb sense of humor to find funny 3 chapters of the same shit.
>works as part-time as a shrine
this is why the west should've copyrighted high fantasy
Shit, no wonder Orc-san is purposely a virgin. Too many degenerates surrounding him.
I wasn't being serious. Though I was a bit. Fuck Japan and their perversion cancer.
I wouldn't get asspained if they posted it.
I do when they post it constantly, everywhere. Me getting asspained here in this particular thread is dumb, yes, but it's a result of so many pent-up rearache over these past months.
If you visited the msg threads yeah sure i get it maybe even in /tg/ too but EVERYWHERE? thats ludicrous
HOLY SHIT! I'VE HAD DREAMS! DAYDREAMS that this would happen.
i swear on any fucking God, I predicted this more perfectly than Nostradamus. Right after I saw a few strips about a year ago I thought it'd be awesome if this shit got a continuation.
I played around with the idea, thought it'd be cool if the elf chick would be village leader and have huge magic... the whole show.
AND NOW THIS FUCKING COMES OUT. WHAT THE FUCK.
Am... am I gifted? Do I get fortune telling or something?
Maybe I have brain cancer and this isn't real.
This is scaring the shit out of me.
I'm gonna call it now: The orc is a legendary old warlord who got sick of fighting and retired to live a chill life.
Say for whatever reason you're watching anime with a group of like minded people. One guy doesn't stop spouting memes, keeps yelling over the show so he can be heard, eats dorritos loudly, breathes heavily.
/a/ can get up and walk away, turn on a computer, and watch their hobby. Hell, they wouldn't even be caught dead with these weebs. /tg/ physically sits next to these trolls that don't know what they are and has to confront them to enjoy their niche. /thatguy/ stories are the damn truth of what happens when Mr. 'fun is just a buzzword' suddenly, physically ends up next to you, invited by your close friend or girlfriend or random player for the night that you agreed to have come over, and now have to figure out how to make them never come back while still making next game night not end up in a drama meltdown. Sometimes all they can do is just state their case as coherently as possible and go back into the wild to find a new group. It doesn't always end pretty, but /tg/ keeps these trench nightmares in mind when they post
One could argue that completing quests is /tg/ getting shit done.
And really, what is there to get done other than come up with new RPGs? Stuff like WH40k: Chapter Master requires programming skills beyond most fa/tg/uys.
The afterword by the writer is just adorable. This comic is quite good.
I'm kind of afraid of that, to be honest. It started off far too simple to develop into something more complicated. At least, I feel it's very likely we'd end up with a trainwreck than a good, full length manga.
I hope this series continues, I think he wants to continue it based off of the afterward.
I mean if it gets longer each time he must enjoy it right?
Being a quest does not make it /tg/ related. Being a /tg/ quest makes it /tg/ related. Fuck Quest, Harem Protag Quest, Background Character Quest, KlK Quest 1-50, Code Geass Quest, those are all /a/ quests, not /tg/ quests. They do not belong on /tg/.
