Welcome back Fairy King
Should I start dumping?
So is it just me, or does Jericho have a hole in her shirt showing off her cleavage?
He was just declared their king. King of the fairies.
Finally SOMEONE points it out.
Well. He pretty much vacated the throne, so the fairies gave someone else the crown.
Do you believe in magic?
In a young girl's heart
How the music can free her
whenever it starts
i guess the excuse for king not having wings, but having lived for so long is probably either due to the brand in some way or the sacred treasures granting immortality. thats just a guess tho

King didn't have his Sacred Treasure before, though. His Sacred Treasure was carved from a piece of the original great tree.
He says he's a fairy. There are probably some special circumstances behind why he and Elaine are wingless, but they're probably still fairies. In his side chapter, he acted like it was natural for his and Diane's races to live so long.
So 700 years ago King left the throne for the purpose of helping his friends that got caught by humans and after he fought them he got injure and met Diane and stay with her for 700 years till we get into the present? Did I miss something?
I feel bad for Jericho, she's fallen head over heels in love with Ban and the dude's a lolicon and she doesn't have any power as a knight any more she's basically a normal girl walking into a lions den out of false love.
Being imprisoned in the human kingdom, apparently.
Although it made me wonder how the humans can imprison THE FRIKKIN FAIRY KING without any kind of notices to his kingdom. Don't they have some kind of international law for this?
Mel - Chimped out and destroyed a kingdom
Diane - Besides general envy of human girls, unknown
King - Left his duty of guarding the forest and didn't come back for 700 years even though he could have multiple times
Ban - Accused of destroying the forest due to greed
Gowther - Unknown, but with how his relationship with Guila is going, he probably used to mindrape people into loving him
Merlin - Unknown
Escanor - Unknown
>More King suffering
I can't take this.
This is not even the fun kind of suffering. It's just downright cruel.
King did literally nothing wrong and he just keeps being shat on by everything and everyone.
It's most likely Meliodas himself. He's been hinted to live for a long time.
Still, shouldn't the fairy kingdom at least be informed of what's going on with their king and that one serial killer fairy? They all seem to be left in the dark about the entire thing.
I didn't realize that we had confirmation that Melodias had been alive for more than a couple hundred years.
Given that this is when Diane is still a child, we see several generations pass without her noticeably aging, and that Ban was a normal human before 20 years ago; no.
>King did literally nothing wrong
>A king abandoning his post and his people for hundreds of years isn't wrong
If anything King is the only one of the Sins who is actually confirmed to have done something willfully awful.
King did everything wrong. He's just being haunted by his past misdeeds.
What's amusing is how Meliodas is projecting Liz into Elizabeth, who would have thought that the calm meliodas is a frigging psychopath waiting to happen, He'll repeat his sin once more.
Me neither, but there would be no point in having the only guy without a helmet on look like Mel unless it was him. There were two points of attention, the helmet-less knight(Mel) and King.
This is probably why they didn't inform the fairies. By their logic of delivering the punishment on an ignorant ruler, the fairies would be justified in delivering punishment on the human ruler for ignoring what had set Helbram off in the first place. Given the damage that one fairy did, informing their kingdom would have been foolish.
King is already the Fairies highest authority at that time and he did voluntarily suggest that he's going to pay for that hundred years of masacre helbram did, there's no need to inform anyone, if anything else it's actually king's fault for NOT informing any fairies of HIS situation.
Yeah, because King totally sent the Demon to fuck them over.
The damn fairy cunts were the ones who initiated contact with humans even when told to not.
The damn fairy cunts were the ones who started to get their wings ripped and King had to go and fix their mess.
The faggot of Helbram was the one who started killing humans left and right because he was butthurt about being a naive retard and King was the one who, again, had to fix his shit.
But noooooooo, it's all King fault amirite?
Fairies and human experience and view time differently, as stated by ban to elaine that their encounter was just a moment's flicker to fairies.
Now that I think about it, ban and elaine have a really sweet dialogues.
>Yeah, because King totally sent the Demon to fuck them over.
Nope, that was Melo. He sent the demon to prevent interspecies love. That's also why he imprisoned King, the fairy that was hanging around a giant for too long.
>Wanting to tap that giant ass.
Nothing wrong with that
This shit is getting too harsh for me.
Fuck those fairy cunts.
I can't handle the King suffering. Why can't we just have more Jericho suffering? Her suffering is actually enjoyable.
Everything got better once she got that demon juice out of her system.
>Although it made me wonder how the humans can imprison THE FRIKKIN FAIRY KING without any kind of notices to his kingdom. Don't they have some kind of international law for this?
Humans and fairies had an agreement of not interfering with each other business. I guess anyone who broke the rule could've been judged by the other clan, and even fairy lords weren't an exception.
Plus he took all the blame for Helbram's actions too.
I've always hated Jericho but now that she's voiced by Marina Inoue, who is my favorite VA, I've started to find her strangely cute and now I want her to do things and become relevant in the manga.
Jericunt? More like Jericute.
I thought it was related to being the priest(ess) guarding the tree or being royalty. Seems odd for the king to be a halfbreed, but I guess it doesn't really matter with Ban being the new king.
>Th... That's because
And of course he gets interrupted.
>King did literally nothing wrong and he just keeps being shat on by everything and everyone.
He's very indecisive and that's a HUGE problem for someone who's charged with the duty of ruling an entire clan. Look at situation with Diane. He only makes everything more and more complicated by not revealing his true identity.
>I didn't realize that we had confirmation that Melodias had been alive for more than a couple hundred years.
During that time he was already a knight, and probably a highly-ranked one because he guarded the fucking lord of the fairies possessing incredible powers. He's obviously much older.
He was imprisoned by unnamed kingdom, nothing is saying that it was Liones. Possibly Bartra was able to persuade the ruler of that land into giving them King into custody after starting to form Sins.
Ch. 103 Next Chapter: "The Return of the Fairy King"
It never mentioned THAT Ban is the fairy king.
Ch. 104 Next Chapter: "A Nobody"
Nabaka really is hammering it in isn't he
I hadn't seen next chapter title. Goddammit. Fuck everything.
Sins can't let her just be in the kingdom. She's highly vulnerable without Mel and can be kidnapped and used as a sacrifice.
Mel brought her to Liones, possibly he will persuade Bartra to give her under his protection.
No she's wearing an outfit similar to Guila's when she was introduced (but dyed black)
She's using her sword's strap to do the % boob enhancing technique
>lost his sister
>had to kill his best friend
>had to wipe the memory of the only person left he cared about
At least the tree plant thingy respects him.
>possibly gave them idea of making an illusory barrier around the kingdom to protect them better
>possibly gave them a few other ideas to make their lives easier
>became highly popular because he's not only the savior of the forest, but a walking fountain of the youth as well
>visits them at least once in 5-10 years
Compared to Harlequin, he IS kingly.
Real question is: how long will she get to wear it before she's half naked again?
The original forest was almost completely burnt down, apart from a single seed, as such the will of the forest lives on through that seed. King is still the true Fairy King in the eyes of the forest, but the fairies a shit
>King interrupted before he can explain wings
Damn. Well at least Ban tried to dissuade King from coming, probably knew this would happen.
>dat next chapter title
King's wild ride never ends
Next few arcs will be the Sins splitting up into pairs.
Get ready for Gowther + Merlin and Meliodas + Diane adventures.
Normal fairies are probably completely powerless. Don't forget that King was stronger than Helbram who used sacred treasure and power of a dozen highly-ranked holy knights.
It's strange that they left Elaine completely alone, but she probably insisted that they retire to some safe place after what happened to King.
That's not traditional ZR she's sporting, but it's a very nice variant of it.
In fact, the whole outfit is a good mid point between her initial "wait you're really a girl" armor and the dress her brother pushed on her for the festival. It's something she can fight in, while still showing off a bit in hopes of attracting Ban's eye.
In case anyone is wondering about the timeline:
700 years ago: King goes after Helbram, is attacked and gets amnesia
200 years ago: King regains memories, kills Helbram and lets himself be captured
20 years ago: The Fairy King's Forest is burned down by the demon
10 years ago: The sins are framed and disband, King returns to the Forest but finds it destroyed
Probably not though.
Mel will probably stay a mystery for a while longer than the rest.
Oh yes, he will leave his story for the later arcs, but i'm certain that his story will end up influencing stories of pretty much all other Sins.
Plus if Nakaba truly made his story Xenogears-like, this will mean that his level of suffering is much higher than anything King can even see in the worst nightmares.
how could melo cause hellbram to go crazy?
more like he was the one recruiting the Sin from among prisoners, like Ban, King and when he found Diane
also let me look for it but im sure Melo was on the party of soldiers when King Surrended
they arr rook same
probably he just fucked everything in his field of vision.
the result is that he's now king. this is realistically accurate.
...by the way, if now Ban is the king, what name will King use?
When did Janko become such a qt?
I wonder if Ban is doing this on porpose.
I bet King doesn't even remember, that she fought against him
>I bet King doesn't even remember, that she fought against him
Well she looked kinda different
will king ever get off this ride?
>Hell, that's just King's sacred treasure.
Not really. Elaine was capable of defeating whole army of some old king (or course forest helped her, but still). King can kill or wipe memories with just a flower.
>Nope, that was Melo. He sent the demon to >prevent interspecies love. That's also why he >imprisoned King, the fairy that was hanging >around a giant for too long.
who the fuck is melo?
Definitely on purpose. He said something along the lines of "sorry Jericho, but I'll have to kill you" when the demon blood went out of control. Maybe I'm misremembering, but yeah, he knows her name, at the very least.
He was such a monster, humans wanted nothing to do with fairies. He did not have Chastiefol. His power isn't dependant on his spear. He killed Helbram with a fucking flower and wiped Diane's memory with another flower. They weren't magical flowers.
I think Merlin and Gowther will help Meliodas retrieve his dragon sword. Of course Elizabeth is staying because it's dangerous to leave her alone. Diane might stay with them or go looking for King
together with Hauser
Would he actually think it that way, he seems to be a bit blind to women liking him.
But I think the problem is more with how the page looks kinda weird. He goes from that crazy happiness to looking like he's bored out of his mind.
But he is alive, and suffering.
