Jokes aside though, I've learned not to compare Mahou Shoujo stuff to each other just cause it's such a broad genre. Nanoha, CCS, and Meduka are all considered MS, but are all vastly different. Even if Yuyuyu has dark elements we've been ruined. Part of the appeal of Madoka was it came out of nowhere. Hidamari Sketch style cutesy shojo looking series with the senpai getting beheaded.

The only thing that could shock us if it went Higurashi tier guro or added some plot twist like Bokurano.

Great OST, I'm already sold. About the show. I don't even watch it but it's really nice they managed to hire such great talent to compose the music. I hope this show sells well. Anyways thanks for the preview!

On a scale between raw power and useful gimmick, she's the furthest on the gimmick side.
Yuuna is pure raw power, followed closely by Fuu and Karin, Mimori is somewhere in the middle and Itsuki far on the other side.

I'm not sure that's been totally confirmed. They upgraded their equipment in the last chapter. They didn't say exactly what Sumi's new weapon is but they definitely hinted that it's that sniper rifle, and if so they may be able to mankai too.

I don't know what you're hinting at.
They have fulfilled their duty to defend the Shinju-sama against the 12 vertices therefore they have been released from fighting duty.
Since they need their phones to transform anyway and since those are controlled by the Taisha there is no way of them rebelling against the Taisha by using those powers.
Also there would be no point in lying to them about the permanency. If it's permanent the girls will sooner or later realize that. So if Taisha knew that and told them otherwise while they will eventually find out anyway, that would make no sense at all.
Also Taisha granted Karin's request, they might not be bad.
As for the health problems, I presume that this was maybe the first time someone used the mankai system. Two years ago when Sumi was fighting they didn't even have fairies, all this seems like a huge experiment in creating and enhancing battle gear and the girls are kinde like guinea pigs trying out the stuff. So the Taisha probably really didn't know anything. But they got valuable data I suppose.
