I just have a breakfast shake consisting out of oats, milk, peanut butter, honey and blue berries/bananas. it's filling and quick, you can also have it on the go. or egg/pancakes at weekend.

I've never seen the point in eating "breakfast foods". They are usually unfilling and expensive.
Instead I usually prepare the same type of food i would have for dinner. This morning, for example, I had chicken and vegetable stir fry.
I think it's a "some assembly required" smoked fish mornay kit, which is fine for breakfast, along with a good pile of devilled kidneys, and similar furnishings of a real English breakfast (and not the quick fry-up that has usurped the name),
And coffee I grind myself from the night before. Usually from either beans I get from a local company, or Ikea's own, if I've been there recently.

I just throw in some bananas, strawberries, and other frozen berries I got on sale into my Vitamix. Add some yogurt too, maybe some carrots or whatever vegetables (since I won't taste them anyways) then mix it in with some ice.

Neither of those were a total war like WWII was with the US pushing its entire economy into crushing its enemies. Different kinds of conflicts. Also China in Korea may not have had the heavy equipment the US did, but they were better trained and more experienced. After the end of WWII, the US demobilized much of its military, with it losing the institutional knowledge they built up during the war while China kept fighting a civil war and had a battle hardened force of veterans.
That was after the war was over though. The north gambled the US wouldn't recommit forces and moved against the south. It's often cited as the end of the Vietnam war, but for the US, the war was already over well before and there were no US troops there.

I was talking to a Japanese person a while ago and they said toasted bread is considered a bad breakfast - an unhealthy breakfast.
I never thought about it like that but it is true, toasted bread has no real nutritional value, I just eat it because I have been brought up to eat it as typical breakfast, I don't eat it for its value.
It is a shame westerners eat for pleasure more often than not and brought up with that mentality.

Nutritionally cereal and milk is poor and for the same price you can make a meal that far exceeds it in nutritional quality. People don't get that cereal and milk is a part of a balanced breakfast instead of being the only thing you eat in the morning.
Toast may have negligible nutritional value, but it has caloric value. If one simply needs some energy to get through the morning, eating toast for breakfast is fine, given that one gets proper nutrition later in the day.

Are you joking? Anyone who isn't starving in poverty eats with pleasure in mind. The first caveman who started putting herbs on his meat did it because it tasted good. Obviously, nourishment is vital for living, but most people don't have to worry about not getting sufficient calories or nutrients. Once a person reaches that point, eating becomes pleasure. Why do you think Japan has such a rich cultural history of food? Meticulous sushi techniques weren't developed because someone thought it'd be more nutritious; they were developed because people thought it made their meals taste better. Same goes for any halfway decent culture: when people aren't plagued with famine and starvation, they'll want their food to taste better.

a normal breakfast for non skeletons is 4 eggs, 8 good sized pieces of bacon and 3 sausages +1 for every 40 minutes of physical activity you are intending to do before lunch, toast optional
