Nothing will be that big for a while.

Naruto was massively popular because people like ninjas and ninjas are recognizable across the world, and the story was actually good (in the beginning).

Bleach was massively popular because it was cool as shit, had a large pool of characters that people liked and SWORDS.

They also share a lot of common things necessary for building a huge fandom that I don't feel like getting into but most people understand.

Looking through most of the manga in JUMP right now, I don't see anything that could be as globally popular as either Naruto or Bleach, but popularity is a weird thing. That being said, there's still a lot of good manga in JUMP, so they're fine. Really.
