Their licensing seems to go more the way of "license LN and then manga" than "license manga then LN". Them announcing just the Chaika manga now that they're announcing so many LNs (Kagerou Days, Log Horizon, No Game No Life, Index, Maou-sama) makes me afraid we might never see the LN.
