Mine is dead as soon as she kills (or disables) either Budo or Esdese. That would make her Teigu about half as strong.

Teigu can all be pretty OP, but they can also be countered hard. Pumpkin's concept is pretty interesting, but, just as she can draw this much power by taunting Esdeath and Budou, she could be instantly killed by someone closer to her level, like Akame. Pumpkin isn't OP, is counter OP, and even then, Esdeath can still go ZA WARUDO against her and all the firepower in the world would mean nothing.

Pumpkin is pretty interesting, thought it could easily become broken, like the Saiyans' ability to come back stronger after being beaten, in the hands of a character that the author clearly likes enough to make the manga a fanfic at times.

I think Lubbock's death counts towards it too, I think Tatsumi being the only guy on the heroes team seems like a bit of an odd status quo.
I also have the feeling that Takahiro's not going to keep AkG-0 going much longer, it feels like he's going to kill most of the cast in this arc. I didn't think he'd want to keep the prequel going past the point where the main series ended, so if 0 ends soon, that might be a sign of AgK reaching its conclusion soon as well.
