I'm not that familiar with Raildex, don't his powers still rely on altering a concrete vector? Gae Bolg doesn't attack along a vector, it's physically hitting the heart is simple a consequence of the fact that it has already hit. The effect causes the cause.

It should be a hard counter to something like a vector power. Or basically any defensive power that doesn't rely on probability.

Do you know why him getting shot in the face was such a big deal? Because it requires a calculation.

All espers have to calculate. Accel is just a fucking genius and can casually make calculations for nearly everything without a care. When he was first exposed to magic he had no idea what it was and as a result it affected him. It wasn't until he got a mental grasp on it that he was able to deflect and project magic.
He can literally deflect anything except for causality.

Here is what would happen:
Accelerator would have his heart struck by Gae Bolg, but Gae Bolg would be unable to complete the movement action because of Accel's reflection. It would create a paradox and unable to hit Accelerator, even though causality now dictates he was hit by it, time would stop moving because Gae Bolg would try to hit Accelerator by using infinite diferent ways and would never succeed. Or maybe Accel and Gae Bolg would disappear from time as the result.
