Nowadays 5 headed dragon is a weak card. I don't mean as in he's hard to get out, I mean he's actually weak. Monsters need stupid broken effects to even be viable in this fucked up meta.
You can do whatever you want, it is an online dueling simulator. If you are making moves that are not allowed in a real duel, you opponent can just leave the duel or refuse to lower his life points. Usually you find people who know the game and don't troll, but there is no actual restrictions to what you're able to do.
