Honestly, HF was the best Route

BUT UBW was the best part of Fate/Stay Night.

Lemme explain. HF is a great story, but honestly it doesn't seem terribly well tied in. It throws out the entire grail war dynamic and instead introduces a new villain and shit. A pointless heroine all of a sudden gets all the focus, and with no warning becomes super important to the plot. So many new elements are introduced it has very little in common with the other two routes. Almost as if it was Fate fanfiction.

Granted, HF is very good, the best out of the three, but it honestly didn't "feel" like Fate. And so it doesn't capture what was so engrossing about FSN to begin with, and is a different beast entirely.

So yeah, UBW best FSN route, but HF best route.

This is how I feel as well. It's kind of like the relationship between the far and near side routes. The only difference between FSN and TH in that respect would be that in FSN, you have the progression of Fate -> UBW -> HF, where Shirou gradually loses the ideal of a hero of justice, whereas there's no real 'order' to Tsukihime, other than that you have to kind of do Arcueid first so you have a basic grasp of who everyone is.

I know everyone has said this already, but I really hope ufotable does a Tsukihime adaptation with near side anime and far side movie. They can even use the new designs, I don't care, just give us something other than manface: the animation.

So, when Kotomine, who until then had never relied on her even once, said he wanted to meet with her, Miss Bazett was secretly elated. With no reason to doubt him, she walked right into his trap.
She didn't even have time to call out Lancer, before Kotomine cleanly sliced off her left arm from behind and stole her command spells.
Afterward, he gave Lancer two commands.
The first was to make him accept Kotomine as his Master, while the second was to make him gather intelligence.
As for what the final command spell was used for, that's covered in the story itself.
