I really wish there were better quality video for this show. It's an interesting gem. Though, while I would say it's obscure to /a/, on /m/ it's more well known.

Makoto Kobayashi is a fucking amazing mechanical designer even outside of this show too. He really has a unique pseudo-organic style.

While most of /a/'s apathy to the classics is pretty saddening, half the time I can't really blame some anons because of the scarcity of people willing to translate the older stuff and make it more well known. I've been wanting to watch Majokko Megu-chan for years now, but no one is going to sub it despite being a classic magical girl show that supposedly helped pave the way for some of the more common story elements that are now somewhat a standard.
