There is no way in hell they're going to animate volume 8. It's barely releasing this Monday, and it begins an entirely new arc.

As for side story material, no. Volume 9 is going to be all about Dragonhowl Mountains. The only Kanami material we'll most likely get this season is the few weeks we know nothing about aka running into Coppelia and Elias and their journey to China. Having Kanami's episodes end with her meeting Leo is the perfect segue into season three.

Considering that v6 and v7 will apparently be adapted chronologically, I do not see that happening since Kanami meets Leo before the Libra/Scale Festival.

The entirety of Kanami's known story takes place before volume six and seven. So what? Her groups story is a parallel to the scrubs which makes it perfect for season three. Anything else and we get far too many plot points that Shiroe and co haven't even begun to discover in the novels.

The actual commercials airing on NHK-E are much better, but the only scenes they have in common are Demiqas dragging Shiroe and jumping on the raid boss, Ruseato, and William shouting. They expanded on Kinjo's cabin scene as well and showed that the scrubs will be popping in as filler.

We're given hints that he's told in volume 8. He's amazed that they have more than 42 songs.

Only strength is the only stat known to affect Adventurers.

Yes and no. There are a number of cults popping up about ET monsters, and those that still worship gods from the original world.

Kind of. Mamare has a list of 13 gods and Santa, but no religious practices are listed.

Yes. Santa Clause exists in the new world and season 2 stills show Christmas trees in the background. Roe2's Jack-O-Lantern also mentions that season events like Halloween pop up.
