I ran into trouble installing galaxy angels on another laptop. It installed nicely, intro movie played and when it came to the talking parts, it suddenly crashed.

The only problems I ever faced with the game in a technical point was the first game never showing its cutscenes properly.

I guess reinstallation is in order first. If that doesn't work, I'm sure the forums where the games were translated would probably have some info.

Not really. In the second game when she was slowly losing her powers and her telepathic bond with Tact, that kind of made her a wreck, but you're supposed to support her you piece of shit. And in the third game, when her powers got reversed, the same thing applies. A telepath losing their powers is like someone else losing a sense like sight or hearing.

I always thought trick master was sort of weak. It's just too slow to be useful, kind of like Forte's ship. Takes way too long to position, by the time they arrive to the scene lucky star/kung-fu fighter and sharpshooter have already cleaned up the entire scene. All mint and forte ever got was scraps, at least vanilla was still useful since she healed everyone back up to full.

But shit, Fatal Arrow was really damn good in a pinch. Pop pop, watching niggas drop. I'd purposely try to get a bunch of Val-Fasc assault ships into the attack radius since Sharp Shooter could pretty much one-shot them.

I agree. It was good for picking stuff off and one shotting things when her ult was up, but otherwise she was just sort of a support-fire ship.

Anchor Claw was a semi-AoE if another ship was close and you one shot the initial target. Hyper Cannon really is amazing though with a little luck and planning.

I know Galaxy Angel is a super easy game, but that mission made me feel like Tact was living up to his reputation.

(Milfie->Apricot) Cross Caliber: Hyper Cannon has 1 barrel, Hyper Blaster's got 2
(Ranpha->Kahlua) Spell Caster: Magic strong enough to pulverize ships is pretty cool
(Mint->Anise) Relic Raider: When you got a special called Genocide Bomber, what else can you expect?
(Forte->Lily) Eagle Gazer: In all honesty, it's just Fatal Arrow only with 4 shots everytime.
(Vanilla->Nano) First Aider: Repair Wave is nice and good but Nano has an offensive special too.
(Chitose->Natsume) Papillion Chaser: Delayed-explosive Strike Burst.

Then you got Kazuya/Roselle with Holy Blood that is arguably the best Emblem Frame ever. Guranteed one hit KO to any ship with its special that involves directly going THROUGH the enemy ship

While we're on the topic of ships, have you anons ever tried out the 1st person Emblem Frame view in Score Attack? I think it would be really sweet if I had a flight stick, but I couldn't find out all the controls for alternate attacks like launching missiles and such.

That's one of the top reasons why she's bad in actual combat. If you reissue an attack order she turns right around though. I always do an over the shoulder view for my chosen angel in battle, so when I was actually commanding her and letting the others do their own thing, she was actually very competent.

At the cost of less time spent looking over everyone else of course.
