I get what you're daying but until proven one way or the other we cant really say. FOr all we know he could take damage and then the vectors work anyway and redirect it out in real time. They could not work at all. Or they could even work anyway and Dio just won't be able to harm him at all. The only time his vectors fail is when he his intentionally focusing on something else or when Touma vectored his vectors or some shit.

TL:DR we dont have prof confirming, invalidation, or giving light to a "third" option so none of us can say anything for sure beyond " it depends on how it works in context."

I'm talking About Accelerator. We don't know how it would work in the given situation on his end. We know what Dio does and we know what AC does. We don't know how they work in relation to each other. But if anything AC should take no damage since if something exceeds the speed of light it wont stop being a vector. Vectors are magnitude and direction. If the magnitude of Dio's perceived real-time speed exceeds that of light he still has a magnitude. If that magnitude is going in a particular direction and thus is a vector. We have more inherent reason to believe he would get vectored than not.
