>Tamiki Wakaki's story follows girl who serves sweet shop's cosmic customers
>This year's 35th issue of Shogakukan's Weekly Sh?nen Sunday magazine is announcing on Wednesday that The World God Only Knows manga creator Tamiki Wakaki's Y?gashi Galaxy (Western Sweet Shop Galaxy) one-shot manga will appear in the next issue. The manga will include color pages in the magazine's combined 36th/37th issue on August 6.
>The one-shot's story will center on Komugi, the only daughter in a family who runs a cake shop that is about to go out of business. The shop serves cosmic customers.
I've also scanned a few things.
Here's the pictures on the extra postcard set that came with the last volume
This sounds vaguely familiar. Is this that one thing he wanted to do early in his career but couldn't for some reason?

I'm not too sure. I'm just glad that he's basing his writing off personal experience once again (and if this one-shot does well, I hope that Wakaki seriously doesn't get diabetes. All he posts is sweet food porn on twitter and his blog)

I hope he does another manga. I liked TWGOK.
Hopefully whoever the best girl is wins this time.

Also fewer girls. There was too much overlap in twgok.

Wakaki can get fucking bent.
I just hope he fucking drop dead after that ending.

Except for where he fucked up: the time travel arc.

What are you talking about, Chihiro DID win.

It was pretty bad, but not as bad as /a/ said it was. My main problem is that it's just completely unnecessary. A longer Goddess Arc would do just fine.
So it looks like he ran out of NEET bucks and decided to draw manga again. Hopefully, Redhawk will pick this up.

It's no secret where he dun goof'd with TWGOK. The question is he's still capable at writing new material and not shot his own foot again and write himself into a corner.

It was a lot worse reading it from start to finish as it came out, the Flesh Dokurou arc being an especially brutal way to open it. And the time travel arc was forshadowed for a while, it just took way too damn long and most of what happened was never relevant since he tried to combine twgok getting a real plot with the early capture antics and Keima's development, which made everything less funny and interesting. The worst part about the ending was that the story still needed to continue into another arc for Demeter, Satyr, whatever else I'm forgetting, and Elsie to actually wrap things up. Making Goddess arc longer wouldn't have helped.

>Game Keima converted No Game Keima
As expected of the god.

>Gets rejected by Yokkun
Worst end.
