For someone getting into the Nasuverse, I'd recommend reading F/SN first, KnK directly after and Tsukihime after it, then you can start reading the fandiscs, MB, sequels and spin-offs. F/SN gives you a nice introduction to the Nasuverse concepts, the 5th movie of KnK is much more enjoyable after F/SN too. Tsukihime expands upon everything KnK introduced and adds more intricate uses for the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception killing nature.
