No matter how many times I rewatch this series, I always come to the conclusion that I love the shit out of it, but I never really figured out why. When you put all of the show´s elements on paper, you have a barely above average show, and yet it feels like there is something more to it, something that always hypes me up. Wanna help guys? Name one person in this series that's not a closeted psychopath-murderer besides Beatrice, Subaru, and Emilia.
Why the fuck does this author insist so hard on almost EVERYONE possessing the mindset to want to kill Subaru so easily. Characters who have killed or seriously tried to kill Subaru for barely any reason at all at least once:

Felt

I mean I get that it's like a "can't trust anyone" style show, but damn, I also can't really like anyone either at the rate this is going. It's unrealistic to have a cast full of vibrant, likeable characters, but it's just as unrealistic to have literally everyone be a secret shitbag.

Finished conviction and I feel like this is rehashing a lot of what happened in arc 1.

> It feels like half the panels are of him slashing fodder demons

Add in the fact I'm not even sure if I'm supposed to dislike Femto and I find myself asking what's the point. What's the primary draw of the series after Golden Age?

Personally i'm just reading it for the skull knight chapters since i'm fairly sure the ending will be rushed as fuck.
I don't see guts ever defeating the god hand in the next 20 years and even if he does it'll be an asspull.
