Just watched Gunbuster in one go. Had a slow start, but my god was the finale worth it. Got two questions:
Why was the last episode in black/white?
Is Diebuster even better? It seems more crazy, which I'm totally down for.
Is the Gunbuster vs Diebuster thing worth watching?
Has Urasawa finally lost it?
At least his previous works had some good iconic villains in them and Pluto was damn good at humanizing robots.
This one feels like a discounted 20th Century Boys, should tell you a lot.
Went wrong what?
Here's a explanation of what happened this chapter imgur.com/a/fnjJw
Aizen a literally best, Renji an irrelevant piece of shit like Chad
Megumi has the face structure of a fucking hexagon and I want her to leave my sight once and for all

Why is the character design so bad in Jojolion? Everyone look like a Philippines whore and have facial features of a troglodyte
this is araki's true form, these same face twink pretty boys have been the his vision from the start only being prevented by the notion of not appealing to a wide audience. we have let him go to far by praising his art

What does /a/ think of this show?
watched one episode
>giant robots, a samurai, evil aliens, a science mom, a prophecy?, really 2dimensional characters
Nothing really to be interested in. Felt like they tried to cobble them in so they could get as many specific genre lovers as possible. Can't say I would look forward to watching the rest of the show.
