It was announced that color designer Michiyo Yasuda has died at age 77 on October 5. The cause of death was an illness. A private funeral with her husband and relatives has already held.
Yasuda debuted as a color designer in 1976, working on Haha wo Tazunete Sanzenri, and in 1978 she worked on Mirai Shounen Conan, where she was fully in charge of the color designs for the first time. She was also the color designer for many prestigious Studio Ghibli films for more than 30 years until her retirement in 2008, where Gake no Ue no Ponyo was her last film. In 2013, she returned one last time to work on Kaze Tachinu with Hayao Miyazaki before his retirement. Yasuda worked on films such as Mononoke Hime, Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi and Howl no Ugoku Shiro, and more.
Has there ever been an anime that had a style-ruining art-style change to the extent that detective Conan had?
Madoka's flat square faces were absolutely disgusting, I never could get into the story because of that. When the blond chick got decapitated I applauded. Wish they were all decapitated/
Is this the greatest plot twist in anime?
Nobody expected this. Nobody.

Is Tenchi worth watching? I've been told it's like the first well established harem anime.
Sure. I saw it in 2000 and I think it pushed me further into anime. While it technically is a harem anime, that aspect is generally between the protagonist and only two girls.
Name one good thing about this worthless Hikikomori
What were Miura's intentions with this character?
/a/ what is your opinion on Nozomi Toujou from the Love Live series?
pic related you
So he was definitely a lolicon, right?
Whats her problem?
Will this thread last if ever Ryo-tas isn't in the OP?
She was timid and clumsy. Now she is a married woman.
Why do girls become more beautiful after they married?
>not liking Nagisa
You are the one with shit taste.
Wow, this was good. I just finished up with the movies and I can't believe I passed over this for so long.
Which was your favorite photo, /a/?
I watched the first two seasons. I don't know why but I felt the show was really mediocre. I wanted to like it since I'm a big fan of SoL, especially ones set in small towns with rustic architecture.
I felt the "We" exhibition they did was really cringy and if I recall correctly I dropped it after that.
Anyway, I'm watching Aria right now and I'm enjoying it a lot more.
