Tell me about Naoshi
what did he mean by this?
Would've been a way better show if they stuck with the Yakuza theme. Claus should have been a main character.
>Makes a one shot
>its actually good
>it couldve worked as a series if it wasnt a harem
>its about gangsters and yakuza
>romeo and juliet but fake
>Introduces additional Potential Girls
>at this point the pendant is irrelevant
>tfw im always looking forward for a chapter every week
>There's plot chapters now and then
>it starts to feel like Komi is just dragging the series on
>"its fine im enjoying it anyway"
>shit kicks into overdrive
>each girl gets their own arc
>and by the end of it they get rejected
>MC's long time crush gets rejected even after knowing who owns the key to open his pendant
>tfw the pendant plot never mattered
>tfw the key shit was pointless from the start
>first girl wins again
i miss tsugumi, they couldve atleast made him hear her confession. thanks komi
>A latex barrier is unnecessary! After all, this is supposed to the Paradise!
This manga is Based!
New key visual released for the upcoming films.
>Benio Hanamura lost her mother when she was very young and has been raised by her father, a high-ranking official in the Japanese army. As a result, she has grown into a tomboy -- contrary to traditional Japanese notions of femininity, she studies kendo, drinks sake, dresses in often outlandish-looking Western fashions instead of the traditional kimono, and isn't as interested in housework as she is in literature. She also rejects the idea of arranged marriages and believes in a woman's right to a career and to marry for love. Benio's best friends are the beautiful Tamaki, who is much more feminine than Benio but equally interested in women's rights, and Ranmaru, a young man who was raised to play female roles in the kabuki theater and as a result has acquired very effeminate mannerisms.
Slipped my mind, but might as well do it now.
[Right side] An air filled with unrest [Unrest in red]
[Left side] Who has the back that's clad with fighting spirit? [Who in red, fighting spirit in white]
Opinions? Did you expect it to happen anytime soon?
>Your favorite ongoing manga are Vagabond, Berserk, Hunter x Hunter and ONEs OPM
>All of them included, it still means only one chapter every 3 months
>stop liking things that appeal to a large crowd
>like things universally disliked instead, like me
>I had to EARN my taste, didn't go for the easy solution like you
Fuck off hipster
ITT: Only catchy Anime themes pls.
Senpai is so lucky to have the perfect girl fall in love with him.
manga ideas in 10 pages?
Can't wait for this.
It is always nice to see stuff from Manga Time Kirara Carat getting an anime.
I think I long while ago we used to have some of the magazine threads on /a/ or at least I remember people into Max and Forward.
Hopefully we still have some people who are into the magazines. I am tempted to scan in and translate Blends.
A 4koma manga about a cafe with "characters", basically each of the girls play a role like imouto character, Tsundere character. The story revolves mostly around new starter Sakuranomiya Maika, who has to learn how to play as a Do-S (Sadist) character on request of the store manager.
The manga has loads of great panels with the ドＳ faces.
ITT: Anime/Manga that missed the perfect time too end.
>Roah is defeated and everything is wrapped up perfectly
>still keeps on going
>Kaioh is defeated and things finally seem to come to an end for real
>still keeps on going with random mini story arcs
Did anyone even care about the World Cup? Even the author seems to just rush through it.
>all the best teams from around the world
>most of them barely get any mention or are treated mostly as jokes
>matches are all super short
Ignoring Doujin thread, no Keitai or Lantern.
> Hard mode: Science Fantasy setting.
> Harder mode: Critique one plot before posting yours (after the first).
This is kinda a revised version of theme of knowledge vs. faith.
> First setting is within a town.
> A young man who was a devote believer of those who gifted the people through answering the prayers they asked throughout the world was an official to a religion.
> Has a decent standing within the devoted community/religion dedicated to serving the deities that respond to the world from prayers/requests.
> The young man falls in love with a woman.
> Feelings that were reciprocated, they were to marry.
> The young man hears the truth from the woman, she is secretly an alchemist, those who are forsaken and often shunned everywhere within the world.
> At first, he rebukes her, but soon regrets it as tragedy strikes when his love is imprisoned and severely injured by the religious community upon learning that she is an alchemist by someone that was eavesdropping on their conversation (one envious of their relationship)
> Breaking her out of her imprisonment, and branded as a forsaken, he attempts to find help as she was still severely wounded from being stoned (there is a loophole regarding "knowingly help").
> However, they both become known and wanted throughout the religious world as alchemists.
> Unable to receive help as soon as possible, the young man's beloved soon dies along with his faith.
> Losing faith within the religion and world that curses them, he followed the depth of alchemy in order to resurrect his love.
> After many years of research and practice while staying underworld where alchemists have a secret network (using his love's former possessions to find it), he recreates his love's body. However, a living body cannot live without a soul.
> Falling into grief of no way to bring back a soul, he finds a new purpose: to have a world without the reliance of the spiritual realm, and have mankind be self-reliant.
> He gains the help of a fallen deity, banished from the spiritual realm for gifting the knowledge of alchemy upon mankind.
> A world created by deities from the spiritual realm.
> Invocation and Alchemy.
> Invocation is the act of conjuring of seemingly magical power from the spiritual realm, calling upon powers of healing and many forms of physical matter manipulation. One must chant/pray in order to call power from the realm.
> Alchemy is the act of using pre-existance/knowledge to manipulate, create, and deconstruct structures. It mainly relies on pre-existing materials as well as knowledge of such structure for alchemy to be used. For that, one must be well-versed in understanding of the world and what it is made of in order to alchemize. It is said to be a form of art that can go beyond physical pre-existance and metaphysically be used as an act of creation.
> One cannot choose to do both, as every person born has the ability of invocation, but those who trespass into the art of alchemy are cursed from ever invocating.
> Essentially forsaken, as well as those who knowingly attempt to assist or accept help from alchemists are forsaken.
Reliance of Faith vs. Knowledge.
Little more elaboration is recommended.
