I was asking how much it would cost to design it. If its a 30 minute job im wont pay 40 $. More like 20 for a noob to slap some thingi files together.

If you have technical data, it's fine, but if you want someone to engineer it, even in a poor country like mine people who do this make 5$/hour.

Its basically a divided tube with a grinder in the bottom and two lids. You can just slab some thini files together and if its half way passable I send you the money through paypal.

OP, you need the picture you posted done? No way anyone will do that for less than $40. However, if you wanna work with me I'll do it for free, as a challenge to myself. Also because I recently started smoking marijuana and wanna see how that thing works.
