Sweep 2D profile along 3D path
Create a series of planes at each level that you want a groove.
Use Sketch Tools > Intersection Curve to make a sketch of the intersection between the part and the plane
Then either use these sketches and the offset tool to make extruded cuts, or use them to make paths for a swept cut.

Does Solidworks has "Project Sketch" feature like Catia does? In Catia you'd have to fix your geometry by sewing those planes together and then you could project from a plane that goes by the middle of this symmetric piece.
Also idk, but that model looks wrong somehow, like it was made using solids rather than surface and mirroring it.
