I'd like to say I'm making a face, but....
First attempt at it plz no bully.
Yes, I know there's nothing inside/outside it yet.
Posting this here too because apparently we have two WIP threads right now....
Anyway - floor textures.
>Im glad I dont browse here anymroe
r u a ghost?
I meant regularly. Normal people understand these things. They dont go out of their way to find anything and everything to poke at. Nobody likes people like that.
Thats something else actually. If you want to stay shit, stay here. Anon's critique of work is in the same vane as your "worrying about nothing" logic. You spend most of your time fixing things people with autism have noticed when you really should just focus on finishing a project and moving on.
just sculpted this bear! its main forms are ready, but still needs a lot of modeling work and then I should decide if i want actual simulated Hair or alpha cards for the fur
I think it's a must for repetitive tasks, of which you're gonna have a fuckton when rigging. That being said I'm a programmer by trade so I naturally find it easier and less boring than other people might, and part of the blender scripting API is kinda fucked up (especially for armatures).
I'm starting with Blender and I made this majestic creature.
Playing a bit in Vectary
Here's the link:
Trying to render some sprites from blender. Could someone give me a hint why I get these ugly black flickering blotches? It's only lit with environment lights and there are no double faces.
A custom G36 rail for my AR that will attach via picatinny rail and wont need modifications or an adapter to fit
Finishing up the shells for a blaster I'm modeling/building for class. Internal components are long done.
really enjoy this guy, love his sweater. My biggest problem with this is the 8-sided geometry you used for the eyes. It stands out as too low poly in comparison to the rest of the character topology. Also maybe darken the AO where the socket meets the eye.
bevel that book's edges and try a non-stretched texture that is not literal dogshit. also, that wood its on looks like raw wood. any sort of wood used for indoor furniture is varnished, thus more reflective.
i like your background though
If you mean the rifling then lolyeah, I did that to piss off one of the two proffs whose classes I'm building this for.
I will need to render one for the required poster I gotta design for one of the classes, probably using Keyshot. The other class wants animations done in Solidworks so I should have those too eventually.
Never made a diffuse before, can someone tell me why it feels so washed out?
Finished one of my first project yesterday
childish ik but you can I'm making $120 for this shit
Make sure the eyes can rest visually. If everything in your scene is exactly like this then the eye has a hard time dissecting the environment. I think they look good, but if you do this for everything it could cause problems in your environment in terms of the eyes being able to rest and process what they are looking at.
Just food for thought.
THE SAUCE /3/ 9 MORE THREADS UNTIL I GET IT, THAT'S MY ONE ARMED MAN /3/ , 7 months and 9 year (burp) I'm going to get that sauce /3/ and you're coming with me, sometimes /trash/ and maybe /co/ but never reddit you want to know why /3/?
Added a foot roll bone to the rig and a flexible and stretchable benis.
Actually, it's the Sword of Kings, in Vikings (the Tv Show)
Why is filling holes in here so hard(using bridge), in blender i simply would use f key. Am I missing something?
I have been working with this one for 2 days and i can't tell what's wrong with it. I'm still working on textures..
It shouldn't have too many poly, and I'm kinda stuck.. How can I do deeper with this head?
I started this one year ago, I want continue now.
nice Rick, I have to finish mine, early wip, I'm not happy with the mouth and I need to add detail to all the cloth
i am trying to fix this thing i made 4 months ago not sure if i should just start from scratch
Trying to make a 3D model of a cartoon chick. While not being a particularly good sculptor.
About to give this guy a rig. Pretty proud on the topology on this one, it's first time where I haven't seen any glaring problems.
Im starting to consider retopology, but its such a pain....
Damn that looks like a lot of work. Even though the work itself isn't super impressive, it's pretty polished. It's clear that you're not super good at this but it's also clear that you put a lot of work into this. Keep it up anon.
Just finished! Really makes you think...
