You should make some of it slightly less square, it kind of looks ridiculous on the top of the head and on the legs. Good apart from that though.

those hands are not hands. look at some god damn refs
armor would not be able to move, aka you need space for the peaces to move, look at some god damn refs
you vert allocation is all over the place and you need to learn how many verts this part needs over another part. Look at someone elses model god damn it. (A good one!)
it looks humanoid which is good, design wise its alright.
