I think I could sculpt better than model. But all my sculpting tries have been absolutely terrible. I don't get how to sculpt in blender.
I can do it in real life pretty good, I've taken quite a few sculpting classes. But blender sculpting makes no fucking sense. How the fuck do I make a hot model to jack off to from a sphere?

You dipshit. Get a sculpting oriented program; zBrush, Mudbox, whatever. Blender is updating and has sculpting okay, but you need to get a sculpting program which focuses on sculpting. Get a tablet if you don't got one, as that is also majorly helpful.

Made it to test Renderman, which I also never got around to using for anything at the time lol. Topology isn't that bad though, could probably go back and adjust it for a painted texture or something.

So when they say to retopo, obviously it means making it a workable amount of poly's for other shit.

You can use Maya for that, it's just drawing the topo on top of the sculpt, pretty easy to learn and work with.
