how do you make everything have such nice, clean lines? Is it the program you're using? I'm in blender and every time I make things smooth they end up looking blurry as fuck. Or is my model just too low poly?
anyway posting this piece of shit that I'm probably never going to finish cause I'm a huge faggot and suck at modelling, I worked a bit on trying to get things smooth but I can already see so many places that need better topology and optimization that this is never ever going to make it into any sort of game. Hopefully I can look back and laugh if I happen to see this in a collage later down the line.

If you textured it and made it all grungy and old it would be badass. Just needa turn that sniper cannon into a gattling gun and make it twice as big.

I dont know if I'm just retarded or blender just doesn't like me but I can't seem to get unwrapping right. That and I don't know what the hell baking is. Like I said I'm a bit thick, I'm starting to think maybe I should switch programs to something like maya so my renders can look more clean and since blender isn't an industry standard

just maya and edgeloops
theres a tool for maya i use for cars and stuff with surface changes, it called ZenTools

basically it lets you choose 2 or more points and loft between them, so you dont have to move every vert to make a nice transition on a car or something. ( 2 points lofted will make a straight clean line between all the two verts
