It looks like shit. The same generic yaoi game that you see everywhere. The artsyle doesn't help too.

the characters are the same dime-a-dozen yaoi characters we've seen before, and worse still they suffer from sameface syndrome which doesn't help in the slightest. It might have helped if the art looked good but it's utter shit compared to what other English games like Super Health Club or Coming Out on Top have to offer. (And its not like they don't suffer from issues too, such as sameface problems with SHC and anatomy issues with COoT)

On the other hand, this game got an immediate positive reception, which means there are people who are enthusiastic about the art and willing to purchase it based on the existing style. If you change it to suit a minority you're going to lose players elsewhere, this is a fact.

I mean I found the guys from NTY to be disappointingly unattractive, Coming Out On Top is too western looking for me, and Super Health Club is really too bara for me to be interested. SO PLEASE KEEP YOUR ART STYLE. Maybe it could use some minor tweaking, but there's nothing like it right now in English games. You can tell from the response here more than a few of us want something like this.

I went and took a look, and ugh, that animation you have for the promo material is awful. Why does the lighting change halfway through the gif? Eye animation is stiff and too non-stop. Add a frame or two of the medium eye frame so it'll look like more natural blinking.

The art is okay. Clean, consistent, nothing too horrible.

What program are you using? Renpy or...?

I'm rather tired of the uke/seme stereotyping in yaoi and found the reversible options to be quite refreshing.I can't even tell you how excited I am about the foreplay mode. thank you for creating this. I can't wait for it to come out.

as much as i was looking forward to seeing everybody's questions answered, after reading those i genuinely hope the creators have stopped checking this thread. they shouldn't have to read that kind of uncalled for negativity; they're trying to make a game - one that's loaded with new and creative features - to fill a niche that literally everybody agrees is empty (english yaoi games), and you try to shit on all their efforts. even if the game isn't to your tastes, which doesn't make it 'shit' by the way, they're doing what everybody has wanted and you're discouraging them. criticism is a good thing, and i'm a firm believer in it, but criticism is pointing out flaws in an effort to help them improve. you're not criticizing, you're just smashing them.
also, how much are you expecting? it's a low budget, low market game made by first time (i'm assuming) developers, yet you seem to be expecting fallout 5 with more dicks. besides, the demo isn't even out and you're already comparing it to the finished product of other games.

haters aside, i'm so looking forward to this game. it has beautiful art, and the gameplay sounds even better.

That one character who looks exactly like haru from free is a bit much though
and it has a few interesting gimmicks so i hope it comes out and does well enough for them to learn from it and maybe make more in the future

I really love that this game includes a choice to be a top or a bottom. Also the dress up system and foreplay seem like things that will really make the gameplay interesting and fresh!

Awesome ideas so far, am excited to see it develop! Sadly BL games are underdeveloped and a thing like consensual sex and having the choice to choose whether I want my character to have it or no, is very awesome!

that wasn't really excessive imo, i just really like how it looks and have no knowledge of art to give any sort of criticism/advice. maybe a more artistic person than me could notice something that could be improved, but to me it really does look beautiful.

out of curiousity, which character looks like haru? none of them resemble any characters i know (which isn't a lot, to be fair). then again i only ever see fanart of stuff like that so idk.

I love the idea that you can be top or bottom, it is exactly what I needed after playing other bl/yaoi games and getting frustrated that the main character is always a bottom or a top without a single exception.

I just want to say, thank you so much for working on a highly interactive yaoi game! I've had my fair share of yaoi games and sometimes felt that they didn't give the player enough control over the character despite the choices that may appear here and there.

I love the idea of a more interactive bl visual novel. The reversible positions, dress up, and foreplay modes are all super great ideas. Keep up the good work!
