Patreon Thread's Back? Sweet! Have a Patreon Pic guys...
Wow, thanks, I haven't seen that one. You got the previous duo, too?
jin and gigas is part of his september rewards sadly I didn't save the image from it also need the november rewards please?
I'm very ashamed for requesting something, but, someone got the nsfw of this?
I need it for reasons
If anyone has can they share, please?
the other two Anma Haikyuu!! pinups that were too large to post directly
has someone this one here?
oh man... there's something i really dislike about sakimichan stuff and it's the damn anatomical inaccuracy. That's why these bodies look so weird (and most things she does). If it was something stylistic, I would understand but these deformed bodies make no sense at all... an artist who knows the basics, knows how to paint well and how to make pin-ups but have no idea about how 2 or more characters work together in one picture without screwing up the anatomy
and people pay for that shit
are you fucking kidding me
Awesome! You have anymore Ignition Crisis?
Requesting some more uncensored Ichan Patreon stuff...
Here's hoping we finnaly will see the Uncensored of this...
Athough I can't post quicksilver without this beefcake!
Not to mention everyone's favorite Dog Demon...
oops! Can't forget about him!
Look! Another swimmer from Free! to ogle...
Hello does anyone have any of Dizdoodz patreon stuff starting from August and is willing to post them? Please and thank you.
>find new sets I haven't seen
>start feeling guilty
>"Man, these guys are working their ass off and I'm here stealing their hard work"
>decide to look at their patreons
>Zamius - $2.6k
>Mazjojo - $7.9k
Damn, who the fuck pays them so much money? Tumblr whales support sakimichan, furries literally throw thousands and thousands of dollars for horrible furry art.
Is there really such a high demand for bara?
Anyone have any of Hotcha's stuff? The Thor set specifically?
what can u upload these to that isn't a huge hastle
Some people are uploading packs in mediafire and protecting the links with a site named peeplink. I just don't know exactly how it works x.x
Btw, thanks a lot for what you already shared! *-*
sneedham posted this on his tumblr himself. only ramon for now, though.
Hydraria's old works here, $5 each.
Dumping commence! Bought these two. If everyone buys one, then we can have the whole set easy.
People are paying for him to make them in the first place
Plus he has a pretty weird mindset, and everyone that's against piracy
>still get paid
>more people exposed
>more fans + more potential supporters
I don't get it
>those people who see it for free would have paid for it
if they never had the intention to do so, that's a no.
Patreon is great for artists with some fanbase already, to others, it might better to get money from commissions/merch. This kind of complaint is vain and stupid since it's about something one cannot control.
If an artist wants to stop being an artist because people are sharing their art thats fine with me
>dude, what will they do?
>come here to complain? stop creating? shut down their Patreon? Like I said: vain and stupid.
Like Jiro. I remember when people were posting her Batman stuff and she got upset and removed everything from her Tumblr. Thing of it is, it's not going to stop. When people buy Patrick Fillion's work, there's going to be someone to upload it online for free. I feel like it's a double-edge sword. On one hand, like you said, it can make an artist want to quit or charge for their work. On the other hand, there are going to be people who see it for free and still want to buy it. Shit, I used to like Szadek but he started charging high prices for his drawings. Eighty-five dollars for colored, digital drawings? No, thanks. I even saw a former DeviantArt artist who charges $129 for colored drawings that consist of a background and four characters in their full bodies.
>Eighty-five dollars for colored, digital drawings? No, thanks. I even saw a former DeviantArt artist who charges $129 for colored drawings that consist of a background and four characters in their full bodies.
Those are industry standard prices, pal. Possibly even less than industry standard. No one bats an eye at acclaimed illustrators selling a 200$ custom print or commission at a convention yet you're surprised artists want more than minimum wage for their work?
But it is true.
People who pirate your stuff don't intend to pay for it in the first place. But it might even sway them to become your fan.
And this isn't like vidya, since video games usually cost $40-$60, while this is very flexible and you can pretty much donate however much you want
Plus, I at least hope he does it, he does requests for you, which is a pretty big insensitive.
Plus, what is he going to do? Stop making art in general? Everyone's going to be a little bummed out, but that's the beauty of capitalism. You go away, another person replaces you.
>more fans + more potential supporters
Nigga, the new fans know where to get the free art, they don't have to pay anything to the artist. They don't have to buy the cow to get the milk, they can find easy places to get what they want for free.
>still get paid
The artist is only getting paid because the buyers want the art he's selling. When they know they don't have to pay him and can get it for free, they'll stop giving him their money.
>You go away, another person replaces you.
In the art world you lose an artist and you lose their art style, you're losing an individual. I love that's how you treat the artist that's making your fap material, an easy replaceable thing to throw away when they get rightly mad their art is being given to a bunch of beggars too cheap to give him a few bucks to help him make the art in the first place.
The art posted here isn't that different. Plus, a big/ger artist leaving the scene makes it more competitive since people want to grab his fans that are left with nothing to pay for. Meaning, they'll be making art that's similar if not better than him (although he does make $1k which isn't that bad plus probably sells stuff and commissions)
Plus piracy has been a thing as long as the internet has. What you have to do is adapt. Stop blaming the market for changing.
For example, even a few years ago, ads were still a profitable thing. But then they got too pushy and ad blockers were created. Thanks to that though, ads had to adapt and become smarter. They both became even more annoying to trick your everyday user and started sponsoring people to mention their product in a video they make or an article or something
You either adapt or choose to do something else. Why not make pots or grow pot? Nobody can pirate that.
Yeah, you're right no one ever donates money without wanting something in return or with the intention of supporting a cause. How could i have been so ignorant. Merry christmas
Don't mind the trolls.
Don't mind the Grinches.
There are way too many people in this world,
For a charming heart like yours to fret about.
And with that we ask real nice,
Because you have paid the price
The price the rest of us can't pay
To see some porn that's gay
>The price the rest of us can't pay
Like you pay for the internet? I bet you can always scrounge up some money when you want a pizza, too.
Everyone is conveniently poor when it comes to buying art though.
No, I really can't.
I just turned 18 and I don't have a credit card, I don't have an allowance, I don't have a job, and I'm on leave in college.
I can't pay for internet yet.
I will tell you though, I've managed to lie about my age in conventions just to buy some Black Monkey stuff, had to lie to my parents, and had to hide my merch every time I need to go home.
I plan on buying as much as I can when I get a credit card and a job, though.
>Like Jiro. I remember when people were posting her Batman stuff and she got upset and removed everything from her Tumblr.
Oh man, I remember this… does anyone knows what happened? Jiro stopped uploading only on tumblr? Any clues?
Oooh! While we're at it, if you have the full set with dylan riding (not lying down on) a surfboard and the one with the lifeguard with a whistle on his dick, could you add those too, please?
They're september rewards, if I'm right.
wouldn't call it picky. You just see more than some of us.
I like both but mazjojo's characters looks all the same sometime.. same body type...
Hope Zamius will pair up Dylan with other guys soon.
It's funny to see most of these behind a pay wall and they aren't very good. Granted they are OK but to hide these and charge people to see them? Wow im glad threads like this exist to expose the shit from the good.
some of them are pretty good though, like Hydaria's and redgart's. Maz's too actually but the quality is a hit or miss sometimes. it's pretty understandable seeing as they have to meet deadlines every month? im actually not really sure how it works lol
Although yeah, it's funny seeing a lot of artists jump into the patreon bandwagon even if i think their works are.. a little lacking. i wish they'd reconsider getting better before charging for their lackluster work.
Mazjojo's guys literally all look the same. This is why I prefer Zamius, more diversity, and his original characters are cute as fuck. Blows me away how Maz makes 4x more than Zamius really.
Agreed. I feel like it almost promotes pirating. Like I subscribe to his patreon now and even dropped the 50 to get last months but I was just like 3 days late for the September one
yeah, I mean..there's some cool stuff in there but if it's $1- $10 per month for the images...it seems like the archive should have all past images if it costs fifty. Definitely want the September Dylan though. I'm guessing since it was the first Patreon month that there were few people that signed up...therefore, less people to share it after-the-fact
well, there's this.
its by icchan, though not one of the ignition crisis characters.
deadline are not excuse to produce lower quality work, especially when those people are paying.
recommend less bara-ish artwork. No sakamichi though (pls just no more sakamichi her anatomy kills my boner)
