May as well bandwagon on your topic- unidentified symbols thread?

I've been seeing this around my town for the past few years. It doesn't seem to fit the normal pattern for a tagger. Usually their stuff indicates an actual organization name or set of initials. This one just makes me uneasy.

It shows up in the strangest places, too. I've found it in bathroom stalls all over the city, which is kind of to be expected, but also on little rectangles of cardstock left on top of gravestones in a few of the cemeteries I visit. Most disturbing was probably when I found it spray-painted on the wall a quarter-mile into a drainage tunnel I was exploring.
